Airosor blazed over, sparks flew everywhere as the bird burned. Soon all the was left of Airosor was bits of ashes from the roasted carcuss. Gamera had concered the evil bird.

Gamera stood up and let out a victorious roar. However, before he could return to the sea and rest, he saw the volcano had been triggered by the fight and was begining to erupt. The humans would be fried. Gamera looked at them and then at the volcano and nodded solumly. He breathed a tiny, blue flame into a hole in the volcano before placing himself between the volcano and the humans, letting the lava run into him. He started to absorb heat from the volcano, sucking it all in. Soon, the volcano began to grow calm but Gamera had absorbed too much energy and couldn't expel it He retreated into his shell and then flew up high into the sky. He finally exploded in a massive fireball that could be seen all over Japan.. Gamera, the heroic turtle that had guarded his home and its people for years, was dead, having sacrificed himself to save those humans he protected.

Godzillawolf · **Posted:** Sat Jul 25, 2009 6:04 am

OOC: Ok. We'll say the opening scene happened in 1999

10 years later

The family was watching the TV screen. It was exactly 10 years to the day of the battle and a yearly memoral to Japan's protector was on, showing the final battle on both military video and witness video.

Tracy watched the screen, her cat sitting on her lap. The family really honored Gamera, both because honoring the dead was importent in Japanese culture and because they'd been in that villiage and Gamera had saved them. They now lived further down from Mt. Fuji, closer to Tokyo. "Hard to believe how much he was willing to give for us humans."

Lisa stroked the dog as she looked on. "Yah, he was so brave".

Godzillawolf · **Posted:** Sun Jul 26, 2009 2:24 pm

Tracy nodded. "He knew he'd die anyway but still stopped the eruption, not to mention he fought all sorts of monsters to defend us." she said, later that day, her and Lisa were planning on going up to Mt. Fuji to one, show respect for Gamera, and two, investagate the damage an earthquake the night before caused.

Sally purred on Tracy's lap, enjoying being petted. She was intrested in Gamera and all but it didn't much apply to a cat at the moment.

Second Chance · **Posted:** Mon Jul 27, 2009 12:54 pm

Darp jumpped up and barked, he was excited to go exploring.

"Hey Tracy mabey should head up to mt. Fuji now before Darp gos nuts".

Godzillawolf · **Posted:** Mon Jul 27, 2009 1:03 pm

OOC: Did you get cut off or something?

Second Chance · **Posted:** Mon Jul 27, 2009 2:23 pm

ooc yah sorry, i fixed it

Godzillawolf · **Posted:** Mon Jul 27, 2009 2:29 pm

Tracy nodded. "Yeah, good idea." she said and petted Darp. "What about Sally, what do you want to do?" she asked the cat.

Sally rolled her eyes and jumpped off her lap. "See you later big dog." she said in cat to Darp.

Second Chance · **Posted:** Tue Jul 28, 2009 2:57 pm

"Gee, I gusse Sally isnt very intrested in this".

Darp shrugged and trotted out the door. Cats, what silly animals.

Godzillawolf · **Posted:** Tue Jul 28, 2009 3:18 pm

Tracy nodded. She got Darp's leash and put it on him. "Alright, come on boy." she said, smiling. "Think that earthquake last night did any damage?"

Second Chance · **Posted:** Sun Aug 02, 2009 9:04 pm

"Most likely, I just hope hope not enoughf to make it hard to explore."
