Both have veterinary training and are in joint ownership of the flat and surgery. They are the founders, owners and utilizes of the Yellow Collar Scheme (YCS) which allows stray dogs in NYC to be named as good, trustworthy animals. They use a temperament test and vaccinations so that the dogs can live freely on the NYC streets but still get veterinary care. The yellow collars are made of nylon and are durable but have quick release catches. Only Jules James and some volunteers are allowed to catch any dogs under the YCS and dogs are made familiar with the volunteers during their stay at the surgery. They also own a fenced park behind their surgery used for exercising sick animals, and YCS temperament testing. The have a farm in the country and a menagerie of rescued animals. Molly and Martin Jules’s rescued Boxer’s stay in NYC with Jules when he is there while James stays on the farm; he dose most of his business from the farm. At other times James stays in NYC with his dogs and Jules lives on the farm and writes his books. Each man spends abut half the year at each place broken up into variable periods. Both men have a deep understanding of animals and their behaviours.

Dogs letting cats out of cages! Hi everyone if any of your Characters listed below want help get cats out of cages they are welcome! OK "I will lead the cats when we are ready" Nuka said. “Here is my plan of how we are going to organise it. If anyone else wants to help you are welcome. Columbus will stay in the covered tennis court to make sure the cats don’t fight! Your job is to keep an eye on the cats ahead of you and make sure none of them stray, bark if any do!
Then we will go and get the dogs!

My mistake Sorry!  I've fixed it. Thanks for telling me There are 25 catsand 25 cages! including Greystripe and the other named ones (Not including columbus)!

 Julse's Veterinary practice! Jules took Demon Riley Rocket Freda Martin and Molly to his veterinary practice he has a large 2-storey flat above it. he puts the yellow collars or the YCS Dogs on int he Dog recovery room. He let Rocket, Molly and Martin free in it as he knew them but put Demon and Freda in cages as he didn't know them. Jules took Riley into the surgery to treat her. Notes The arrows in the stairs show which way op the stairs go. I have tried to get the rooms more-or-less t scale but the sizes are not exact. ! havant added furniture etc. But it shild give t a basic idea of the place simwdogs will visit later in the RP!

Extra: Jules found Molly tied up outside the surgery one morning before he had either her or Martin. She was wearing a collar with a name tag and a harness attached to a lead tied to a railing in front if Jules’s surgery.
Along with the toys food, bowls, grooming brush and other gear and papers including the pedigree ones in a box next to her was a letter. It said that said that Molly was a lovely one year old dog who loved other dogs, and animals and people, tolerated children well and was fully trained but they cold no longer take care of her. The man had died of cancer and the lady was dieing of the same thing, she had a week to live and was going into hospital the next day. She didn’t have the heart to take her to the pound and none of her friends or relatives where able to take care of her. A friend had told her that Jules wanted a Boxer. So he cold have her; she knew she would be well cared for. Jules in fact DID want a boxer; his favourite breed but he wanted a rescue one rather than on from a breeder.
He phoned up the hospital and asked for Molly’s owner by the name she had left on the letter, and they promised to tell her that Molly was in good hands.

Extra: Martin was muzzled and left to starve in his owner’s flat when they left him to starve but Martin managed to get his muzzle off and started to bark. People in the next flat heard him and called Jules, the vet who cared for their cat. Jules rescued him; Martin was in good health apart from being a little underweight. His pedigree papers were found in the flat, Jules put him through the test used for dogs in the YCS and he passed it well and so Jules decided to keep him as a mate for Molly.

Pinedale Animal Shelter and Cruelty Prevention Organisation There are many escape-proof cat pens. They are huge-about twelve times the size of the tennis courts two thirds of each cage are grassy. The other third is carpeted with carpet tiles and has a roof for rainy days. There are many toys, cat trees, scratching posts, cat beds, old sofas and armchairs and ledges to sit on some of the things are in the grassy arias which also have shelters. In addition to all that every cat has his or her own personal room above the carpeted aria with ramps up to them, about ten times the size of the lab cages they have a litter tray, a bed, food and water dishes a scratching post ledges to sit on and toys. The dogs have similar pens but contain less dogs in each and with furniture etc more suited to dogs; toilet arias instead of litter trays and lager Dog flaps! The cat and dog flaps are operated by the animal’s microchips so only the dog/s or cat/s programmed into them can get in! They have rabbits, rodents, equines, birds, water animals and some farm animals too. they have large arias suited to them. All types of animals have smaller pens etc for those who do not get on with others of their kind. All places are cleaned every day, the animals fed, checked and played with. If necessary they are trained and socialised. Every day of the week people can come and adopt animals. The animal shelter has its own vets, animal welfare officers, paid workers and volunteers and pet shop. Several billionaires who love animals pay for the upkeep of Pinedale.
