Okay, here's my full opinion of the episodes (each section is in no particular order).

Best Ones:
In Search Of Ancient Blunders - As I said, the best episode.
For Whom the Bell Klangs - Probably the second best episode, as it had the best guest villain.

Well, it's interesting because it's clearly a different list from mine.
You listed some of the episodes I like the best at the bottom, especially "Save the Tiger" which, after second thought, is my favorite episode in the series. (though it was hard to decide!)

Anyone else care to make a list?

My favorite episodes are pretty much any ones featuring Thembrians. I know that seems a bit shallow, but they do happen to be my favorite characters/species. I just think the episodes that include them are the most interesting - because I have a tendency to analyze characters I really like, so whenever I watch an episode featuring them, I try to look for things I might have missed before. Therefore, no episode with them is bad/boring in my book. =]
Other than those, I really like:

~For A Fuel Dollars More
~Her Chance to Dream
~The Bigger They Are, the Louder They Oink
~Double Or Nothing
~Feminine Air
~Citizen Khan
~A Jolly Molly Christmas
~Louie's Last Stand

I like pretty much every episode, of course - but these are the ones I like more than others.

Oh, I DO like the Thembrians pretty much too. They're pretty...original characters, some that you wouldn't expect to see in a Disney cartoon

The Thembrians are great. They were very funny, even more so than the Pottsyvanians (the villains in Rocky & Bullwinkle, such as Boris Badenov, Natasha & Fearless Leader), although I like the Air Pirates better. And by the way Steet, I made a mistake with Save the Tiger. It's actually an episode that gets thumbs-up from me. It's not my favorite episode, but it has the best deus ex machina ending of any ep in the series. I moved it into my episodes I loved section. Anyways, we've already discussed some of the differences in our episode tastes. I guess Talespin is so varied that there's something for almost everyone.

Once I start watching the episodes again I'll put up my own list.

I would have to rewatch the whole series again to give my definitive top 25. But fresh off viewing Volume 2 I can give you my top ten.

Top 10 of Volume 2 in order of appearance:

1. Double or Nothing
2. Last Horizons
3. Flight of the Snow Duck (Fav Wildcat Ep)
4. Save the Tiger
5. The Time Bandit
6. For Whom the Bell Klangs 1
7. For Whom the Bell Klangs 2
8. A Jolly Molly Christmas
9. In Search of Ancient Blunders
10. Sheepskin Deep( Reminded me of Billy Madison)
