Troy lied near Stace but not to close. He then looked into her eyes and asked very caringly "Then what is wrong Stace?"

"I'm just not used to this attention." Stace said, looking into his eyes with her deep brown ones. She shifted her paws in the alley-way dirt.

Troy put his paw on top of one of Stace's paws that she was moving in the alley-way dirt and said "If you are not used to this much attention then grasp this chance with both of your paws, Stace. If you want to talk then I will listen." Troy then stared into Stace's deep brown eyes with his own brown eyes.

Stace ate up his words and smiled inside. She had just met him but love started to boil inside her. His personality was perfect, and he was concerned for her. She clenched her free paw and smiled on the outside at him.

Troy was feeling a strong feeling that he has never felt before and he guessed it was love. He did truly love this beautiful dog that he just met. He smiled lovingly back at Stace and jumped big time because he licked her.

Stace looked awe-struck as he licked her and licked him back. She then got up. "Lets go for a walk."

Troy got up right after Stace got up and said "Okay, that would be nice."

Stace walking out of the alley and began walking down the sidewalk. It was dusty and hot in the summer and her warm coat didn't help one bit. Stace's tail swayed as she walked on the dirty pavement.

Troy walked right beside Stace and tried to block most of the sunlight from hitting her coat. He then said "Why don't we go to a little pond that I know so you can get cooled down because you must be burning up."

"Sure." Stace replied, padding onward, claws clicking of the cement with every paw-step of the way.

Troy then said "Follow me then." He then lead her to a beautiful looking place with a pond in the middle. He then jumped in himself.

Stace started running full-speed which was pretty fast and jumped into the pond, splashing Troy. She popped her head out from underwater and paddled her thin legs.

Troy paddled over to Stace and splashed her by dog paddling. He then said "Does this feel better, Stace?"

Stace laughed. "Very much better.' She said, stepping out of the water to sit down. She licked the water off her paws and chest.

Troy got out after Stace did and laid beside her and asked "What are you going to do now? Please, don't say you are going to leave." Troy then stared into Stace's deep brown eyes lovingly.
