Why do they always have to "categorize" people all the time like this...that's beyond me. Why not just making a *good* program, and only THEN see who is interested in watching it - not the other way round...The whole idea of making a program FOR teenagers is absolute garbage to me. (and it always turns out to be, BTW)

I totally agree with this 'cause it's so stupid how they all get categorized and 'cause of that it almost becomes taboo for anybody not in that category to enjoy it or watch it. I wonder why we don't get than channel in America but I guess it's 'cause America has it's fair share of sucky-ness too.

I'm not talking about Disney Channel, I'm talking about Disney Cinemagic which is also ONE Disney channel.

I realize that...I was showing Liger that Disney does have a channel here in the U.S. where it airs its material. Granted, I do not know whether the older series are shown on it or not.

EDIT: Incidentally, I posted a new article for approval over on TailSpin Source, steet. Would you have a look and clear it for display? Thanks.

Thanks Jersey :)
But your article doesn't appear in the articles to moderate.
Did you click on "When you have finished : Click here to send it"?
If not, edit it and do it so that I can check it...

Ah, yes . . . TaleSpin. I've had fond memories of this series when I was growing up.

I used to watch it on the syndicated block of Disney cartoons called the "Disney Afternoon" that used to air . . . um, in the afternoons (anyone remember THAT? XD) with such popular fan favorites like "Gummi Bears," "Darkwing Duck," and others. Once that was canned, I'd occasionally see it on Disney Channel (prior to the whole live-action tweeny-bopper crap that's dominating the channel nowadays) or on Toon Disney (May it rest in peace or maybe come back . . . because the "Disney XD" channel SUCKS) and it still brought back that love that I had for the series.

I have only the first volume set of the DVD release, and I'll admit that I haven't watched it much. *sill have to get back to that . . . I've been waiting more for the conclusion of the Gummi Bears series on DVD than the rest of TaleSpin . . . weep* But I'm still a fan!

Well I don't, which is logical because that's a US program  But I do remember the french equivalent "Le Disney Club" pretty much.

What?? You need to solve that immediately
Considering the review you posted on Keyframe a few years ago, I thought you were more a fan; but, well.
Gummi Bears seems like a very nice series too...only watched a part of one episode, and remember it a little from when it aired too. (AGES ago...)

The Disney Channel is most definitely available in America. Some friends of mine who have young kids have it on their cable.

Yeah, but I was talking about the one Steet mentioned. I know they have a regular channel but all the shows on it suck and are annoying.

Lol, I use to watch Disney Afternoon with my Grandma, I think that was around 1994/95. I use to love Talespin, Darkwing Duck etc. I really miss the 90's when it came to television. Crap I miss the 90's in general. I wish there were at least two TV channels dedicated to all 90's shows, I can't stand this garbage today. :(

Talespin? In all honesty, the only thing I remember about that show was the theme song. :?
Looking back now, it seemed like a really cool show! Wish I remember it a bit better... They have DVDs out eh? I might look into that then. :P
Now that I remember those Disney afternoon shows most of them looked pretty cool, even if I don't remember much of them...

Oh, and thats a very good looking site you've got there! Good job!

Hi everyone one more time! :D
I strongly believe that TaleSpin is one of the best series ever made. I remember me watching it when I was 3 or 4. Now I am 21 but I am still in lovce with it, especially Baloo & WildCat. :D

Hello WildCatFan, welcome on the forums :)

Yes, I do believe that this is one strong point of TaleSpin : being able to entertain any demographic category, by its very creative scenarios/characters that you often don't expect to see in a Disney series, while keeping all the good sides of Disney.

Who here has seen all the episodes? I haven't yet (I'm keeping a few away voluntary because when I will have seen all of them, well there won't be anymore, and seeing something for the first time is just not the same as rewatching it...)
