Sei felt bad for making the guy have to get out into the weather like he was to hook the cables up, watching him struggle in the mud. Thinking a moment, she muted her com link again so she could speak to Saizer again.

"Sai, open up and lower me down, I'm going to help him. Those cables are heavy I'm sure..." The sooner they got Sai up and running enough to get into the dock, the faster they could get out of this horrid weather and maybe even get something to eat. For her atleast. The female hadn't eaten since that morning before the battle. Considering she had a high speed Zoid, the blonde pilot always made sure to give herself atleast an hour to two before a battle to let the food settle so she didn't end up getting sick. Especially if she ended up having to use that high speed. It was hard on the body, even sometimes for Sei, who had been trained for high speed battles.

Be careful. If he grabs you, I'm shooting him... And Sei knew he was completely serious.

"He won't, atleast not in front of someone else with an able Zoid, Sai. Chill out. I'll be fine... Open up." As the cockpit top unlocked and opened with a whir, the female jumped out, landing in the muddy water with a splash. But being already soaked it didn't bother her much at the moment as she started over towards the other in the rain. "Hey, here let me help you atleast. The outlet is here on under the chest. By the way, I never got your name...?"

While waiting for that Micheal guy's loading dock to arrive, Gadiel tried looking for the outlet. Usually they were located on every Zoid's chest, so he made his way over there. It was then when he noticed the young lady exit her Saix. Now why was she doing that? He was supposed to be helping her, not the other way around.

"..Its Gadiel." he said. "And I think I know where it is. I am a Zoid pilot too, y'know." At first he sounded irritated that she felt the need to direct him to something so simple, but he picked up his mood with his last sentence. He opened the cover and asked her to hold one of the cords so he could hook the other one up. Then he attached the other one, afterward wiping some mud from his face.

As they were hooking up the Saix, Micheal was in getting off of Rayse Tiger and it bolted out and ran for it in the rain without a pilot. Micheal just sighed and went on doing what he needed to do to get stuff up and running for the two other Zoids. He moved stuff around and made room for they to dock in. He laid down after that and thought what Rayse was up to. He exactly knew what that crazy Zoid was up to. The Zoid went out training like it always did.

Sei rolled her eyes briefly, hoping this guy wasn't the 'I know everything' type she didn't get along with most of the time. But ignoring the snide remark for now, the female helped where she could until the cords were put in place in their sockets. Now all that was left was for Gadiel to jump start Sai's system. Hopefully it would give him enough mobility to atleast get into the docking bay.

"I can stay under here out of the rain while you boot us up, then I can help unhook it again." Would be easier than climbing back up into the cockpit, then back down. "Then we can both get out of this weather..."Best not to make Saizer wait either, as protective as he was, the Saix was most likely watching them, more so Gadiel for any suspicious actions.

Gadiel thanked Sei and quickly ran to the Houndsoldier's cockpit. He got situated and turned on his Zoid letting it run on its own for a few moments. Gadiel looked back at the Saix and the lights in the cockpit flashed on. "Phew... good, it worked."

Great, wonderful, now disconnect me from that thing.

"Alright alright." The man opened up the cockpit and hopped on down to help Sei get his cords back. "That oughta do it, miss."

Micheal came out of his Docking Bay as they were unhooking the cords and seen their progress. He then came down to where Sei was and said "Well, it looks like you got your Saix to jump start, Miss. So, let's get it boarded and repair all of the damages that was done to it." Micheal then handed out a hand to help Sei up into her cockpit. As he was holding out a helping hand he looked Sei over and studied her. He then said after studying her "Wow, you look beautiful, Miss."

"Call me Sei..." She would never get used to being called 'miss'. Too formal.

While un-needing of help getting up, Sei let him, for courtesy's sake. Atleast he was a gentleman. His comment about her though couldn't help but give her mixed emotions. While a compliment of course, she was appreciative, but... Being as the female didn't know this guy at all, made her a bit nervous how he had first recognized her as attractive. The blonde still wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt though. Not to say she wouldn't be on guard still, surrounded by men with able Zoids, her own needing repair. Smiling back as she climbed up to the cockpit, she waved a bit in thanks again before shutting it around her. Sai's voice was a welcomed one as Sei leaned back in the seat with a sigh.

Did he hurt you? Either of them? His voice gave off very clearly that he was ready to annihilate one, or both of them, if they had done so. Sei shook her head, soon realizing her partner wouldn't see it.

"No, no Sai, I'm fine. Just tired and wet... And hungry." Straightening again, she ran a hand over her soaked hair. "Lets get inside. You should have enough movement to now. Hopefully by tomorrow sometime we'll be ready for that rescheduled battle..."

Lets hope so. Loosing by default for damages we couldn't predict would be unacceptable.The blonde smirked at that. Taking the controls after running through some panels.

"Definitely..." With that, waiting for Gadiel to move in first since he was in front of them, while a bit jerky and awkward, Saizer managed to get up the ramp into the docking bay after them.

It would seem as if /Sei/ and her Lightning Saix wouldn't load into the transport before either men. It was fine by Gadiel. It was a means of getting into the next town without using any power. It would be no good for a young woman to be wandering around with a busted Zoid, so it was smart to just make her as comfortable as possible around a couple of strangers. No sense in getting her worked up over nothing.

Gadiel parked Hosmer and jumped down the side to the floor. Hosmer would have to wait here till later, and he knew that the trip was going to be a long one for the poor shepherd type Zoid. Gadiel walked on over to Rayse Tiger and Lightning Saix to check them out, just in case one day he might have to fight against either type. Not that it would matter. He and his Houndsoldier were pretty darn good, considering he never really had to enter any high-speed competitions.

Rayse Tiger howled very loudly and then bolted out of the Docking Bay while Gadiel was surveying him. Micheal was near Gadiel when Rayse bolted out of the docking Bay and sighed very sadly. He then said to himself out loudly "I don't know what I am going to do with him. He just does whatever he wants to." Micheal just looked down and walked away slowly. Rayse was out about training his skills by dodging lightning strikes.

Having exited her Lightning Saix and jumped down to the docking bay floor, Sei raised an eyebrow at seeing the Rayse Tiger take off. It didn't impress her really. Was it trying to prove something? the blonde could have been wrong, but it just seemed as if Michael didn't have much control over his Zoid. It didn't bother her that he let his partner Zoid act independently, as so did she with Sai when they had the off time between battles. But letting it run out into a bad lightning storm? Even if it had good coordination, it was dangerous. What if it did get struck? Lightning could seriously damage a Zoid after all. But it wasn't her business to tell the other how to live and act with his Zoid. Leaning sideways against one of Saizer's legs, she crossed her arms, rubbing them slightly.

"Um, is there somewhere I can clean up and get dried off? I'd rather not catch cold before my rematch tomorrow..." She was dripping wet still, her clothes sticking to her uncomfortably.

Gadiel never really thought about it till just now, until after having a similar impression on the Rayse Tiger, but he was dirtier than Sei was. He could certainly use a shower, his pants were muddy all the way up to his waist, even if the mud outside wasn't that deep.

Show off.

Gadiel couldn't hear Hosmer outside of the cockpit, but he could still imagine what he was thinking and smirked up at the Zoid, then looked back at Micheal.

"Yeah, I'd to shower, myself. If you don't mind."

Micheal looked at Sei and smiled happily while saying "Yes there is a shower up top. You can use it first and then Gadiel could." Micheal then lead Sei and Gadiel happily up stairs to the shower. He then said "This is where the showers are. Feel free to use them and Gadiel give your Zoid a well earned shower also. I think he would like that." Then Micheal went into his living room in his Docking Bay and watched some TV while waiting on them.

Rayse Tiger dodged ten lightning strikes in a row and each time he got closer to getting hit. He is a real daredevil. Then after a while of practicing, he got inside the Docking Bay and parked himself. He said very friendly to the other Zoids Hello. How are you two today?

Sei sighed as she stepped into the bathroom to clean up. This was going to be nice. A nice hot shower was just what she needed, besides food, which the female hoped Michael had here as well. After that the blonde would most likely hit the sack. She wanted to be ready and rested for tomorrow's rematch. Though considering the other pilot's skills the first time, Sei wasn't worried. It would be a rather easy win. Then they could move on to more battles for bigger prize money. The female was saving up for a new Zoid part for Saizer after all, some new boosters, as the ones that he had been acting up some recently and not performing one hundred percent. And for high speed Zoids in high speed battles, performance could mean losing or winning the battle.

Saizer couldn't believe the Rayse Tiger had just asked that. If Zoids had expressions, his would have been deadpan annoyance. How did the other think he was?

Peachy, just peachy. Because I go out in lightning storms all the time to get struck by lightning and frozen. Tons of fun, you ought to try it sometime. Sarcasm... just one more service the sleek Lightning Saix offered. But Seriously... It was a stupid question.

Gadiel followed Sei up top where Micheal said the shower was, trying to get as little mud as possible on the interior. He would let her shower first, she had it pretty rough, but he wanted to at least stand on some tile in a bathroom while he waited. "Nice digs, eh?" he asked her. Once he found a bathroom to stand in, he took his boots and socks off and plopped them onto the floor against the wall.

Meanwhile, Hosmer was having his own sarcastic spat with the other Zoids.

Seems like that's what /both/ of you were asking for. Very smart running in the open during a lightning storm, you two. Mind telling me any more of your "brilliant" strategies?

Micheal walked into the hanger just then and studied the lightning Saix. Then, he said "Wow, pretty impressive but you could do for some upgraded boosters though." So, he got to work and repaired the Lightning Saix over a couple of hours and upgraded it's boosters with the best he had in his hanger. Then, he said "That should be better." Then, he went back up stairs and found Sei where ever she was at that time and said "I fixed your Lightning Saix and sort of upgraded it with better boosters. I am sorry if that is not what you wanted but I wanted to help as much as I could. Again I am sorry."

Rayse said Well, if you need to know why I was out there. It is because I was practicing my dodging abilities for fast moving attacks. Lightning storms are good for doing that. You should try it sometime.
