Alright, I'll take the second option. Sorry but you edited your post after I posted mine. Sorry for taking so long to post, my dumb computer kicked me off.

Personality: Strick, cold, like a drill sargent (thus the name), can come off as mean but always has his team's best intrests at heart. He's fatherly toward Harley, relating to her because they both lost a close partner, and he tipically treats her warmly.
History (must be at least three lines): An old police dog whose been on the force longer than many of the other dogs were alive. His mate and pups live on a farm with his owner, who lent him to the police force, and he's going to retire soon to be with them. He's considered the 'chief of police' by many of the dogs because of his age and wisdom. Though unoffical, he's looking for a successor and is considering Harley strongly. His partner was killed in a raid on a dog fighting ring and it left him cold and distent to most but he treats Harley like she's his daughter because she's the only one he really relates to. The same accident injuried his right hind leg, causing him to have a limp. He doesn't get along well with Kodiak at times, due to Kodiak's rudeness to woman but tries to keep all his 'troops' best intrests in mind.

History (must be at least three lines): He's a member of Hughes' gang and surves as Hughes' 'enforcer', due to his size and strength, as well as stupidaty. He has gigantism, making him twice the size of a normal dog his breed. He used to be a member of a dog fighting ring.

Personality: Evil, psychopathic, homacidal, insane, a madman in every tense of the word, vengenful, sadistic.
History (must be at least three lines): An owner of an illigal dog fighting ring Harley helpped break up and it was Harley that got him caught. He's spent five years in prison but has escape, seeking revenge. He was crazy back then but since then, he has become far more insane and psychoatic. He'll do anything for revenge on Harley, even if he must destroy the entire city to do so. No one knows how, but he can understand animals, a trait he was born with. He also enjoys motorcycles and is highly skilled with one.

Personality: Vain, needy, egomaniac, loves to have whatever she wants, munpulative, seductive, sadisitic, jealious, in some ways, a spoiled brat
History (must be at least three lines): A member of Hughes' gang who has a major crush on him, though mainly its mostly his power and street credit. She can seduce most males very easily due to her beuity and the way she can present herself as whatever they want, simular to Hughes himself, only slightly better at it. She has almost ever male in the gang lovestruck for her except Hughes, which is just the way she likes it. Hughes is well aware of her knack for seducing males and uses it to his advantage when he needs to, but is still unaware of her crush. Due to Hughes single minded persuit of Harley, this munpulative female wants to kill the police dog as much as Hughes wants Harley back, only she wants to do it without Hughes know it so she'll have a chance with him. She's more than willing to play dirty in a fight, she even has a hidden poaches in her collar disguised as gems where she carries canasters of various vile substances for use in a fight.

Personality: Thorn is a bit of drama queen. Oh, she
can enerv act like no one has ever called her that before.
Her approch to life has all the sweeping emotion of an over
budget, over-the-top, cast of thousands extravaganza. She
always forgets that some boring if nice sometimes. Other than
that, she is a bit of a tom-boy. If she was a human, she would
be an eco-goth.
History (must be at least three lines): Thorn's original
name was be Sally. O.o Her parents thought she would be a
girly girl, but became the complete oppesite. Her parents
wanted all her daughters to be perfect little angels... but
Thorn wasn't. She ran away, changing her name from Sally,
to Thorn. She eventully found Hughe's gang and joined.
