there's nothing wrong with going into a topic and saying "I don't really like this.." and give a good reason why.
Saying things like "I can't understand how anyone can like this crap" or "People who like this are a bunch of idiots with no taste" are really not helpful to the topic (or the forum in general), and could really offend some people. so it wouldn't surprise me if people wanted you out of the topic for saying things like this.
some members on the forum (I'm sure we all know who by now) just come into these topics to act childish and offend peoples' tastes. sometimes it's amusing, other times it's just ridiculous.
Debating's fine, as long as it's not offensive.
a lot of stuff against Nickelback in that topic is just stupid, insensitive crap.
True by all means.People are never wanting to have their music bashed,but still it is by those who think they can do whatever they want.It's ok if you don't like a paticular band(Nickleback in this case),but they can atleast be respectful for once and say it nice like "I just don't like their music" instead of "Whoever listens to them is retarted" or anything else like that.
Example:I personnaly don't listen to miley cyrus or can even imagine myself listening to her,but I'm perfectly OK with the fact that some of you listen to it.
