Oh, and maybe the ones that have like five "bumps" in a row in a feeble attempt to bring it back to life as well. Cuz obviously if you need to revive it that many times, no one wants to join your contest xD

Ugg, YES! I don't know how these annoying things don't get locked! If no one is interested after a million bumps, then its a nusance and it takes up space.

More rules:

(yes, obviously effort must be put in like Cat mentioned, so I won't bother putting that down)

- No one user may have multiple contests out with the same theme if they have been created in close frequency with one another.

For example, if someone has three mate topics they made in one week, all for different dogs and they also have a few 'design my pups' contests out, then they should just combine all the mate topics into one, and all pup contests into another. Sometimes there are acceptions, but I think it should be a rule of thumb that a person can only have one topic for mates, designs, comeos, ect. Now, if they have an old topic that was bumped up, then it should be left alone. If it's done, obviously it should be locked.

- All characteres mentioned in the contests must have character sheets, or at least link to a recent gallery pic.

No one likes to join a contest for a mate or a pack or whatever, only to find out that the owner of the topic no longer uses the char, or really even bothered to do anything with it in the first place. They must show proof that they will use the character so that others won't be inconvinienced.
