"The forest may be the quickest way, but it`s the most dangerous way." Argued Glaedr, he wanted to flare his wings out, which means disrespect and absolutely no trust to a dragon. 'Stupid female.' Thought Glaedr.

Huntress raised her upper lip in a savage snarl, the familiar adrenaline from all her training rushing back through her body. She knew it was disrespectful, but this male was so stubborn and stupid that she didn't care, and she raised her wings and spat at him. 'Get lost, I didn't want anyone to come, I would have been there and back by now if you weren't here to slow me down, you and your stupid sister' she hissed, beating her wings and rearing onto her hind legs viciously, snapping at her air and lashing her tail in anger. If he does not learn to respect superiors, then I will rip him apart she thought.

Glaedr growled as he bared his fangs. "Stupid sister? Let me tell you something, she ain`t the stupid one!" snapped Glaedr, flaring his wings as he reared up and scratched her leg, leaving three gashes, they weren`t deep, but they were bleeding. He growled and his hackles raised. "At least I have family." He growled without thinking, he then angrily shook his head and snorted as he flew off in the direction of the Fearan Caves, totally steamed.

ooc: If Huntress has family, I`ll change that post. Also, if someone gets him mad, Glaedr can get a little carried away, and sometimes a little violent.

Huntress winced at the gash, but then snarled. She watched Glaedr fly off and then set off herself, towards the forest. It was going to be a long walk, but now she was by herself, in the peace and quiet.
She had been walking for several minutes in the forest, which hadn't been that far away, but it was huge. There were bird calls every now and again, but apart from that no sign of anything dangerous, dragon or human. She sighed, this was the way she liked to work, away from the pack and the noise, and just by herself. And she could look after herself, she was strong enough to beat the alpha, and she had just to prove a point, but no one had seen and they didn't talk about it. She was just letting her thoughts slip away when she felt something tighten round her ankle, and then pull her legs first into the air. She growled in surprise as a group of humans with pointy sticks ran out from the bushes, shouting and poking her. She slashed wildly, but they kept their distance.

(Humans are very primitive, they are probably still in the stone age or something later)

Glaedr heard the humans shouting and chanting something, he stopped in mid flight and the flew towards the sound, he landed and breathed a warning flame, he roared fiercely as they poked at him with their sticks, he slashed at them with his large claws, baring his teeth, he then knocked some of the humans away with his tail and breathed another warning flame at the others.

Huntress curled her body up and slashed the rope with her claws, it snapped easily. She shook herself down, and without growling or snarling, she leapt towards the humans. She pinned one down and cut his chest open quickly and cleanly, but the wound was fatal. She chased down two more and killed them cleanly before standing face to face with Glaedr. Hatred boiled up inside of her, and her wound that he gave her seemed to flare up as well. She roared, sending a group of birds fluttering out of a tree, and then charged at Glaedr, her horns pointing at his chest.

Glaedr swiftly used his tail to grab her by one of her horns and shove her back, he then flew off into the darkening sky, thunder rumbled as he dodged the lightning, rain poured down heavily. Glaedr was sure he was a safe distance from Huntress, though he usually never ran from a fight.

Huntress stood in the poring rain, her breathing deep and regular, and her eyes turned to the darkening sky. A noise escaped her throat that sounded a bit like a sob and a bit like a growl, and then a bit like something else, but it was half interrupted by thunder. He runs, like the coward that all males really are she thought, and a strange taste came to her mouth, not the normal rainwater taste, it tasted...saltier. With a low growl she turned and headed deeper into the forest for shelter.

Glaedr stopped at the mountains, he had reached them and went to turn, but couldn`t remember what his dad said, but he finally went for the east, he soon found himself in a misty place, he couldn`t see the ground or his paws, he moved slowly and carefully, and almost fell when he came upon a ledge, and what was worse, everything looked the same, and he couldn`t see his tracks. "*****." Whispered Glaedr, now knowing he should`ve gone west.

A low and mournful howl drifted over the misty land, and from the mist stepped a figure. It's pale tone and thin shape made it look like a ghost to anyone who saw it, and it started to limp towards Glaedr. It could smell him, and only just see him, and one thought rattled around inside it's head. So...cold, I am so cold, how long have I been in this place, days? Months? It stopped a few meters from Glaedr, peering through the mist at him, it couldn't decide whether he was friendly or not.
Huntress scrambled up the rocky rock face towards the first level stretch of mountain. She had walked all evening and now the sun was setting slowly. She needed to find shelter, but there wasn't any on this barren land. She finally reached the top, panting slowly, and gazed around. A slight mist had started to settle towards to East, and night was creeping in from the West. She sat down and sighed, this was going to be a long journey, and for the first time in her life she felt something. She felt alone.

Glaedr smelt something nearby, he turned his head to see a figure in the mist. "Who are you?" He asked.

'Who am I, oh who am I' she wailed, her eyes wide. Having spent weeks in the misted plains, she had started to break down mentally. 'I am hoping that you are not like those socks, now they were nasty, with their little teeth, no you look more like a bit illusion, not that I mind, if you talk it is always a good sign' she rambled, sauntering up to Glaedr in an almost dizzy way.
Huntress spotted a rocky cave in the side of a small wall of rock. She squeezed her body in and curled up in an almost comfortable position, before laying her head on her paws. Sleep was not going to come to her easily, and she lay away thinking about home, at least home had a bed and warmth. Her stomach gurgled angrily at the lack of food, and a vein in her head pulsed and throbbed in a growing headache, but through all that she finally managed to get to sleep.

"Um, well I`m Glaedr." He said. "Don`t worry, I`m not like the....Socks?" He said, he was really starting to think she was looney, coo cooo, crazy, whatever you prefer. "Uh, I gotta get outta here, but I can`t see through all this mist, maybe I can...." Glaedr trailed off as he blew hot air at the mist it made it rise a bit, but then it created more mist. "Oh, crud." He muttered. He then started flapping his wings wildly, the mist started to clear, and when the mist did clear, he saw nothing but huge holes and cliffs everywhere. He quickly just put the female on his back and flew off away from that place. He landed near a cave and placed the female on the ground, he peered inside the cave. "Oh..It`s already taken." He muttered and then went to find another shelter, it was starting to rain and Glaedr knew it would be a looong night.

Aurora just yelped as she was put on this males back. 'The wolves will get us, don't leave the mist or the wolves will get us' she muttered the whole way, and when they landed she scrambled off his back. 'You don't understand' she whispered loudly, 'they will get us.' In the mist it would not have been clear, but one of her eyes was a deep gold, and the other was pale blue, including the pupil, she was blind in one eye. She followed Glaedr, sticking close by him but all the time glancing around nervously. 'They live in the mist, as long as we stay with them they will not hurt us, but we have run, and they will hunt us for it' she muttered to herself, but loud enough for Glaedr to hear.

"If the wolves come for us I`ll fight them off." Muttered Glaedr, he was really starting to get annoyed.
