Hyena King (Still Accepting) (STARTING)

Gero, a small lion cub, pounced on a small gecko that was leaping by. Gero covered it with his golden brown paws. His eyes were locked on his paws, as he felt something trying to escape from underneath them. He smiled and slowly reveiled the gecko, releasing it to run off to be free once more. He got up, and streached, as he saw the sun start to rise over the savannah in the early morning. He bounced up onto a large boulder, and looked down from where he stood. He felt as someone far in Kenya was in touble, but Gero just shrugged it off and continued to look around.

Kamau, a small female cheetah cub, layed in the grass silently. She started to creep along the savannahs ground, trying to be as quiet and low as possible, not wanting to make a single sound. Her eyes shifted around her, as she smirked, and pounced into the air, landing at her mother's feet. She sighed sadly, as she remembered she was still to young to hunt on her own, even if she was just pretending. Kamau acted up to her name, "Quiet Warrior." Though, she sometimes she oculd be quit entergetic and noisy. The cheetah cub curled up nest to her mother.

Dayo, a female heyena watched as all the male heyenas did there dirty wok, being there job as servents for her and the other females. Dayo really didnt think it was right, but she couldnt say anything, or she might have a horribale disaplen- maybe even death. She sighed as she watched one heyena that stood out to her, Amandi. She closed her eyes for a few seconds, then to open them to reviel the run over the savannah. She smiled as she though about the ways it should be. When she grew up, she told her self she wanted to be a loner.

Afua watched the Hyena Clan from a large rock, she liked to climb and watch the males work for her sisters and mother and alpha female. She didn't like the thought of beatings and being a servant so she was grateful she was a girl. Afua accepted the fact that males are nothing compared to females, so everyday Afua would climb up on this rock and stand tall and proud, making all the male cubs watch her and know.. "Don't mess with me.."

Nubia was crouching low in the grass, her rear wiggling. She was hunting an antelope. Suddenly, she pounced and landed on the antelope's back. Nubia bit its neck as hard as she could until she lost her balance and fell off. Growling, she took chase after it, determined to kill her prey.
Finally she leapt back on it and killed it with one swift bite of her sharp teeth. Beaming with pride, Nubia dragged the antelope to her older sister. "Look what I caught sister!" Nubia bragged.

Mosi was just enjoying the sun in a tree watching the Savannah with his fierce green gaze, so far so good.

[Afua does in fact say "Don't mess with me." Just to clarify that it wasn't 'narrated' XD. I'll put all the speaking in Bold.]

Gunji jumpped down next to Amadi. He laid down in such a way to shield the pup from the pack's view. Gunji treated Amadi better than his own species did. He treated the pup like a son, how a Cheetah would treat their son anyway, which was considerably better than how Hyena's did. He accepted that nature commanded the females to be the dominent gender in Hyenas but did not like how they treated the males like slaves. He was alright with them being able to order the males around somewhat but the beatings and working them half to death was something he didn't approve of. "Are you alright? All things considered?"

OOC: Gunji will act sorta like Mandie from the lion RP you did Selene, if ok.

Goma rolled on the ground, playing with her little sister. They were identical twins of course, both the same hieght and such but Goma was first born. They both had crushes on Amadi and hoped one day to make him one of their mates. They'd get to treat him how they wanted to then, which would be much better than how other females did.

Adaeze lazily padded out of the den that was made for the royal family only. She spotted her father, and immediately ran from her mother's side to his. She knew that she didn't technically have to get along with her father, but Adeaze was a natural Daddy's girl. She took a seat beside Abrafo and looked across the Savannah. Her brother was no where in sight. Not that Adeaze cared much where her brother was or wasn't, but she knew that her mother had to be getting tired of his constant runnings-off before the dawn by now. Adeaze knew that she was sure sick of it.

Monifa chased after the antlope that was just out of her reach. She couldn't go much farther into the hyena lands before she was too close to camp. Which would cause her in being caught on their lands. Not like they would catch her, but they would be able to track her. And Monifa couldn't run forever. Slowly, she came to a stop with a sigh. She would just have to let breakfast go for the day.

Tau laughed loudly as he chased after a sand-colored beetle as he scurried across the ground, away from the young lion's reaching paws. He pounced onto the bug, but when he lifted his paw to see his catch, the beetle suddenly flew out of his grasp. Tau sighed as he watched the beetle disappear into the sky. He missed having all those other lion cubs to play with. Why did he and his parents have to leave?

Nubia took a bite from the antelope, proud from her sister's caring words. The young leopard then lied down to chew some more. The scent of the antelope as she ate, made her hungrier then when she was hunting. Nubia swiveled her ears to the South, hearing a friendly meow from a cheetah.

"Hello Nubia, Abuto." Mosi nodded his head in greeting as he slowly approached. "Not here to steal prey, just walking around until I saw you, so I decided to say hi." He smiled at the two sisters and flicked his tail as one rare breeze floated by and kissed his spotted pelt.

Gunju looked on at the little Hyena. He felt sorry for him. He promised himself, if the pup ever did run away, Gunju would help him.

Goma walked over to the 'prince'. "Hey Amadi." she said. "How are you?"

Kato followed her twin. Being young females, they didn't get repramanded much at all, particularally by males, even the dominent male was below the females. "Yeah, how are you?" she said, her voice an exact copy of her sisters.

Adaeze lifted her nose in the air, as a sign of dominate ignorance. She sniffed at the two twins as they greeted her brother like their equal. Well, there was still time for them to grow and learn that that kind of behavior was not going to be tolerated when she became queen.

Monifa growled under breath as she turned around quickly to get out of hyena territory before she was spotted. She nearly ran head first into another female cheetah, and Monifa couldn't help the hiss that escaped her lips. She backed up a few paces to give both of them some space. "Who arr you?" she asked after she had calmed down from the surprise.

Kamau, a small cheetah cub, layed lazily from a tree, waiting for someone to find her. Though, she heard talking, as she saw an adult female heyena, and two lion cubs following after her. Kamau, quite interested what was going on, leaped down to say a friendly hello to the lion cubs. But insted of leaping down, she slowly went branch by branch, untill she was on the lowest one. There, she leaped off the tree, making a small thud as he golden and black paws hit the ground. She slowly started to follow the three animal up ahead of her.

Goma smiled at him. "I think you're looking good today."

KAto nodded. "I agree, you're fur is very well groomed today." she said. "Did you do anything special with it?" she asked. She and Goma couldn't wait to be old enough to take a mate, one of them would take Amadi as there mate, the other females could still boss him around some but they'd have most of the control and they'd treat him far better. They just needed to decide who got him.
