Lightning soon lost interest in Mr. Carrot and went outside with Giraffe, he was staring at the hose. "What does this thing do?" He asked Giraffe.

"I, uh, think water is surrposed to come out of it, um, why don`t you peek inside and see what`s blocking the water?"

"Ok." Replied Lightning as he peekied into the hose, just as Giraffe turned the tap on and squirted his face.

"Hhahaha." Laughed Giraffe.

"Really funny." Muttered Lightning.

Socks followed happily, just in time to see the wtaer squriting at Lightning's face. She smiled. She usually acted just like Mittens around Lightning and Giraffe. Thugh, this time she pranced over to the knoob, and twisted it so that water would stop.

Lightning shook the water from his fur, his fur went all spiky and poofy. "Thanks socks." Said Lightning as he stared at Giraffe.

Giraffe was still silently chuckling, he then went inside and grabbed his ball (he has one, just like Rhino`s except smaller).

Bolt stepped outside into the cold fresh air, a small breeze swep at his pure white fur. he closed his eyes and let the lack of sun soakc into him. he opened his brown eyes back up, to see a chuckling Giraffe, a knocked over Socks, and a soaking wet Lightning. He sighed and wallked over to the trio.

"Uh, hey dad." Said Lightning as he chuckled nervously and his ear folded, droplets dripping from them and his chin. His tail wagged slowly as he smiled.

Bolt did a small chuckle as he watched his un easy pup have water dripping rom him all over. He glared at Giraffe a bit, but soon shrugged it off. "Lightning, you better get dry before Penny's mom see you like this... soaking wet.

Lightning shook more water from his fur as he snuck inside and dragged a towel outside, he then slipped under it and lay on a rock in the sun.

Bolt smiled happily as he removed the part of the towl that his head was under. He chuckeld a bit as he started to padd away from his son, but took one last looks as he slipped threw the doggie-door that led into Penny's house.

When Lightning was dry, he went inside, he was just in time for his favourite show, Bolt. He loved that show because he thought it was his dad staring in it, but little did he know, that Bolt was replaced by a dog named Riley.

Riley was busy, acting for the new episode, he ran through the long grass, swiftly and silently. He superbarked away some enemies that were guarding the entrance to Calico`s new lair. He headbutted the door and it came right off it`s hinges, he then ran so fast past the guards, that they didn`t see him, he then headed into the lab where they kept Penny (the girl who took Penny`s place is playing her). He stared at the metal shackels that confined the girl and they burst into flames and melted. He rescued her then they ran back to their secret base, planning their next move on Calico..Suddenly the bell rang and they heard the director call out. "Ok! That`s a wrap! I`ll see you all tomorrow peoples!"

Bolt pranced into the house, and started to watch the show he sued to love. He perfered to watch the back episoders, usually because he was the one in thoese.

Mittens came into the room, followed by Socks. Mittens begun to speak. "Lightning, you know that isn't your-" She was cut off by Bolt.

Bolt bounded off the couch. "Mittens, do nto tell him that."

After the show was finished, Lightning`s tail was still wagging and his tongue lolled out. "That`s one of the best episodes I`ve seen yet!" Said Lightning.

Bolt bit his lip. "Uhhh, yea.... I had fun filming it." He said, lieing. He knew he just couldnt bare the truth to his son, nor keep this act up any longer. It was so hard for him. He pranced into Penny's room, Mitten's following him. "Mittens?" He asked as he layed down on his owners bed.

"Yea Bolt?" She asked.

"How can I tell him?" he asked.

Mittens didnt reply. "Want me to tell him?"

"NO!" Bolt said, loud enough for eeryone to hear.

Lightning`s ears perked up as he listened to what his father and Mittens were saying outside the door.
