I really want to do this... but sadly I dont have photoshop, I have paint shop pro. Do you know where to buy/download photoshop?

Well, I use Paint Shop Pro too. I had to improvise and mine's not as good, but I attempted...you can attempt too right :D

XD I think I just found out how you perfectly formed the pupils and eyes, don't worry though the secret is safe with me, because I know you don't want people to know.
