Instead of bumping, why not just waiting?
It happens. People are new, the mods deal with it, you can guide them, but being way to harsh, is just plain idoitic.

You do realize that you yourself are breaking rules by typing in all caps. If you want new members to follow the rules maybe you should put on a good show of following them as well. ?.? I know right now I sure as heck wouldn't take you seriously at all if you're like "FOLLOW THE STUPID RULES!!!1111ONEONE" No. Just no. If you want other new people to follow the rules, YOU have to as well. Perhaps you need a review of them also.

That's how I define "Harsh"
Some members are defined as "Trolls" Who know the rules and yet still don't follow them, I don't think it's fair to put a title and say "The Newcomers"
For every one makes mistakes, even though it's anoyying, it happens.
Not to everyone, but it does. How do you want it to stop? Because If you have no plan or idea, then, we can't stop it. Just use the report button.
