"GAH!!!" Kay wailed, loosing her balance and falling to the ground, shaking her head violently.
"Woah, woah! What's wrong?!" Deidara gasped, kneeling down so he could hug her. "Come on, babe. What's wrong? Talk to me, Wolfie," he said softly into her ear, making Kay shudder.
"It's that ***** 'Eye of the Wolf' thing! Some idiot is using it, and I'm in the vicinity! Painful, painful, painful. And it REALLY hurts when idiots like this user can't control the chakra. Geeze! It's soooooo wiled it's radiating my nose, all the way down to my tail!" Kay growled, teeth bared and her em erlad green eyes shining in the sun. She looked back up at Deidara, who incidently was hunched over her in some weird way.
"Well then. Come on, dear. No time to loose," Deidara snickered. He got up, and after giving Kay a sweet kiss on her nose, pulled her up, too. Gurtude flew down and touched Kay's face, making sure she was okay. "Awwwww, that's sweet. Gurtude is making sure you're okay!"
"Sweet to you, because you're not the one who a ***** OW!" Kay yelped. "You're just watching! This ain't funny because Gurtude id peckin my eyeballs out!" Gurtude cooed. "Shut up, bird-brain!" Kay barked, watching Gurtude shrink and sit on deidara's shoulder.

Kay looked down suddenly. "WOLF SHARD!" she cried, her intent to hurt. One of her emerald eyes turned icy blue, sending out deadly magic. She laughed as Neji fell to the ground in pain. "One down, 4 to go!" Kay laughed. She kept walking, her blue eye fading into amber, then to red, then back to green again.

Ooc: I'm changing Kay's appearance. She is a black wolf, but her chest and belly change from black to white when she wants it to.

Bic:// Kira suddenly felt herself lose contact with Neji. He then gasped as she looked around, her Eyes still in tact, as she stepped out of her stance. "Gai-sensei, stop the sparring. Neji is down, and I feel like we're in danger! " She then resumed her stance as she took a quick look around while Tenten found Neji and ran out of the forest to get help while Lee and Gai both stuck around to fight off the intruder.

"Whoever you are," Kira growled, half to herself, "come on out and show yourself!"

Kira felt offended and let out a huff as she deactivated her Eyes. "I'm still working to develop it!" she defended herself. "And I have a name, you nimrod! All you had to do was ask!!" She then looked around some more before turning back to the strange new wolf. "Who are you? And what do you want with us?"

Meanwhile, she could feel her own demon, Wolfbane, stirring inside of her. What's up? he asked in her head. This idiot just comes out of nowhere and starts asking me if I was the one using the Eyes! she replied irritably. She then sighed heavily and just shook her head while Wolfbane did the same thing in her head. Shapeshifters, he added, grinning half to himself as Kira stood bewildered at what he just said. They just never learn... (^^)

Kira's eyes widened in bewilderment. It was all a blur, but she looked closely at this new figure that just popped in from out of nowhere. She then realized...this boy just saved her life. She looked him over for a few more minute before breathing out a heavy sigh of relief. "Thank you," she quietly and gently replied, nodded to the boy. "I don't know how I can repay you..." She took one last loko at the wolf before turning back to the boy. "May I ask...who are you?" She couldn't help but stare into his one eye that was visiable. Exactly who is the gorgeous-looking blonde boy? ...And why did he save me?

Kira just sort of smiled and slightly laughed. So, he's the funny type as well, "Oh, yes!" she quickly replied. "I actually do care. And to prove it..." Wolfbane suddenly popped back into her head and nearly growled at her inside her head. I wouldn't do that if I were you. He looks utterly suspicious to me!! He then growled again as Kira took in a deep breath and exhaled it all out before looking back up at the golden-blonde boy. "My name is Kira Kat," she added with a smiled, trying to be as friendly as she could towards her savior, also returning his gaze into his utmost beautiful blue-green eye...

Kira just sort of sighed in content as he repeated the name in her head. Deidara... Now that sounds manly... She then sort of blinked herself back into reality as she gasped wtih surprise. "Wow," she whispered. "Flowers for me already? You shouldn't have...."

Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few inches smaller. If hit once the user immediately reverts back to their original state.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user quickly transforms into any human or animal that is of size or a few inches smaller, or even a few feet larger. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for four turns at a time.

Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Skill)

Skill: NinJutsu
Effect: Allows the user to transform into an inanimate object (Non Moving) into the size of user while size of an animal or human decreases.
Special: Dog, Boar, Reverse Ram
Drawback: You can never gain the attributes of what you turn into. You are only capable of transforming into a human or animal that is of size, or few feet smaller. If hit once the user immediately reverts back to their original state. If you transform into an inanimate object you can not move in any way for are transforming into something that can not move. The only way an inanimate object can move is if someone moves it for them. In animated objects in Henge does not have the ability to do or use jutsus.
Description: When using the seals of the Dog, Boar, and Reverse Ram the user cam quickly transform into any human, animal that is of size or a few feet smaller, or even a foot or two larger then before. At this level the user is capable of transforming into an object that is of size or a few inches smaller. The user at this stage is only capable of holding the form for five turns if transforming using E Henge, and Four Turns using D Henge at a time.

Shunshin no Jutsu, ????, (Body Flicker Technique)

Type: NinJutsu
Effect: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. This technique allows a user to move from one point to another at speeds double of their speed potential of up to ten meters.
Special: ---
Drawback: The user is only capable of doing this three Times per day after learning it the first time. Each time learned the user is capable of going into this multiple times. Each time learned the user is capable using this technique an extra turn per day. If the user uses this technique more then stated, the user's muscles will cramp and render the user unable to run about and move period.
Description: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. The amount of chakra required depends on the overall distance between the user and their intended destination.
Limit: User must have a Character.

Suiton: Mizume no Jutsu (Eye of Water Technique)

Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a third eye of water that the user can see through.
Special: Goat, Tiger
Drawback: The user can only see through this eye. That means they can only see what the eye can see, and there is only one eye.
Description: The user creates an eye of water that levitates high into the air. The user can see through this eye at the expense of losing the ability to see out of his own two eyes. Used to direct the lightning strikes from the Me no Shippuu technique.

Personality: Stumpy is a very caring mutant, he absolutly loves helping and very kind harted(Mostly at Children and Woman) But when angered he will not show mercy(Unless it it against some one weaker then he will mesure his strength) He can be discribed as an giant huggable Teddy Bear and he has a nack of hugging people and cute things. He's also not very talkative just shy and would sometimes blame himself for things.

Appearance: Stumpy is a 10 foot tall human-walking dog, he's so fluffy he has been mistaken several times as a Living Teddy Bear. His fur is quite soft and his skin is tough enough that normal things like paper cuts don't work on him. His fur is a pale gray color, almost cream like and his ears are a dull tan. Stumpy walks on his hind legs more and rarely on four legs. To make it easier, Stumpy basicaly looks like a Humanoid Teddy bear then a dog though his muzzle is long and round (Like Snoopy's XD) And bearly leaves his eyes open, it's always squinted together(Like Brook from Pokemon).

And to make the Rumor much more true, Stumpy has fake limbs that are literly stuffed and stiched up like an Actuall doll, His right arm, left leg and tail are fake and stuffed but he can still feel pain(remember, It's his skin too ya know). He uses Chakra to make them work properly.

History: Stumpy used to be a normal dog, with a normal street dog life, like any normal day. Untill he was suddenly caught by the Pound to be trained as a Dog-Nin. Not liking his suddenly new and torture life he tried to run away with what little he learned about the Ninja Arts. Unfortunatly for him, his escape plan failed and he was sent to a Madman that loved experimenting and torturing his victims. Being at the age of 2 Stumpy spent four years in plain torture and experimentations thus explaining his mutation. Fortunatly for him, there was a small girl there too, she was the reason Stumpy kept living and the reason Stumpy didn't entirly hate humans. He promised that One Day, he'd get her out of there, away from the pain and torture, and he's do it no matter what happened to him. And promised he did, after a whole four years and three month of planing he was able to get out and take the small girl with him, some of the other poor souls escaped to and others stayed for revenge.

Stumpy made it apon himslef to find Angela, the small girl, a caring and kind Family she could live with after enjoing his life of freedom and when he did he Promised Angela that he'd always find a way to visit her whenever he could and left to become a Waterfall nin.
