That's what the pursuit breakers are for. Try to hit as many of them as you can. It may not cause the police to lose you but you could have like 15 cars after you on heat level 4 and hit a pursuit breaker and it would drop to like 7 cars. Hit another and you've got like onle 1 car to evade.
o, as for the helicopter, Just ignore it.

And also another little tip, When your in a high heat level pursuit STAY OUT OF ROCKPORT

and 1-5 is that meaning the blacklist members? If so then that would mean he has 10 more to go. There's 15 blacklist members

I won a Mercedes CLK 500 and it's a little better and so now I use that. But I've been using My TT a little bit. I'm at number5 now.

It's way better!! In U2 you could only get like 5 of what 20 cars this one has around 35 and they are all really cool. And it's just alot better than U2 all around.

Most wanted you can drive around and see wut ur top speed is and also piss of the police by causing millions of dollars of damage and sending the police cars flying is always fun

This is not your typical racing game. Play this thing in some way, on the consoles or pc, its really awesome. You just dont 'race around' in this one.
