Lou smiled a bit as she watched him run. But when he was out of her sight, she felt a little guilty as she knew that it wasn't what her owner would have wanted. "Cartlon? Cartlon where did you go?" Lou wheeled her head around before bolting down the alley way. No way was he going to think of her as the suspect in Storm's escape.

Lou slowed to a walk as she came to the alley where Storm was hiding. Being herself, she was worried. "Cartlon?" She asked as she walked slowly along, looking for any sign of him. "Oh you silly girl, use your instincts!" She thought as she put her nose to the ground and sniffed around until she caught a scent. She wasn't sure if it was his or not but was better than nothing. Lou walked closer to where he was hiding. "Cartlon?" She spoke with a voice so quiet it was almost a whisper. She was unsure of he was in there so she put her paws on the side of the barrel and peered in.

Lou looked over Storm with concern, choosing to ignore his what it sounded like to her a non caring tone. "Sorry...Storm. I'm guessing it was your owner that gave you the name Cartlon?" She gave a soft smile. "I followed you because I don't like the condition your in. I've seen wounds like that from dog fights." Lou spoke bluntly. Storm could see worry in her eyes. "Your health will only get worse if you are in...fighting. Are you?"

Lou watched him for a moment as she thought about his story. "You're not a coward." He looked back up and she could tell he was about to ask what she meant. "It takes courage also to tell someone about it." Lou gave him a small smile.

Lou's smile widened a tad bit. "So what do you plan on doing? About the fights and such." she asked. She was curious if he had a plan. If he didn't, she knew someone know for plans. But the wolfdog was unsure if her good friend could come up with a plan to keep the men away from Storm.

Lou thought for a moment. Maybe he could help Storm. She sighed. Why not try it? "Storm come on." Lou walked a few steps away before looking back at him to reassure him it was okay to follow her. "I think I know who might be able to help you with the first night."

Lou's smile widened. "A dear good friend of mine. He'll help someone if you just ask. He shouldn't be too busy." Once she was sure she had Storm following her, she began walking again toward an alley she use to call home. Please Raggs be able to help...
