Sabrina lowered her head a little, but still looked at Ryder.
"My name is Sabrina" she replied quietly and shyly, then raised her head again.
"And I'm kinda of a stray too..no body wanted to adopt me, because...I'm part wolf" Sabrina said, turning her head away from Ryder. She did it, because she thought he'd run away when he heard about her wolf side.

Sabrina perked her ears up, and turned her head to Ryder with a surprised look on her face.
"You're the first dog who hasn't ran away when I mention my wolf side" she said, and rose to her feet.
"And yes, I do know them. You see, Kodi is my father" Sabrina replied, as a proud smile sneaked on her face.

Sabrina felt blushing a little bit on cheacks, and smiled quite shyly.
"You're nothing like the other guys I've met" she said with a shy voice and turned her head away.
"Everyone else has always been acting as if I'm a wild animal" Sabrina sighed and pinned hear ears down again sadly.

"Oh, I live with my dad in Balto's old boathouse. He left Nome years ago, so we decided to stay there" Sabrina replied, turning back to Ryder again, and observed him for a moment with a curious look on her face.
"What about you? Do you live on the streets?" she then asked him.

OOC: Guestion: Does Ryder have his bandanna, when these two met? Or has he lost it already? ;( XD
Sabrina seemed a bit confused, and pinned her ears back down.
"Oh...I see..Well, I'm pretty you have no problems about finding a mate...unlike me" she sighed sadly, rose to her feet and turned away, preparing to leave.

"Well, then I guess we have something in common. I mean, my problem is that no guy wants to be mates with me, because I look like a wolf so much" she replied with a sad voice.

Sabrina looked after him with a sad look on her face, and thought:
"Yeah...MAYBE" then sighed hardly, and turned around and started walking towards the boathouse. She felt really desparate, because she had finally met someone who she had something in common, but she wasn't sure if he wanted to see her again.
When Sabrina arrived to the boathouse, it was starting to get dark, and the sun had already set. She walked up to the boathouse, went to the cabin and laid herself down on the wood floor. Sabrina sighed hardly, then she heard some seagulls crying, lifted her head and some them flying over the boathouse.
"Even seagulls have each other. Lucky birds" she whispered quietly to herself, then laid her head back down, and closed her eyes...But now, a small tear rolled down on her cheack.

As it started snowing, a small snowflake fell on Sabrina's nose, which made her open her eyes. She lifted her eyes, and noticed it was snowing. Then, Kodi came up to her.
"Hey, sweet heart" he said with a smile on his face, and walked beside his daughter.
"Hi, dad..." Sabrina mumbled, with a sad sound in her voice. Kodi looked confused, and he noticed immidietally that something was wrong. He knew his daugther, so she couldn't hide it very long, what ever it was.
"Honey, you look sad. What's wrong?" he then decided to ask, and sat down beside her.
Sabrina turned her eyes to her father, then raised her head a little bit.
"Oh nothing.." she whispered, but then she realized that Kodi would find out sooner or later, so she decied to tell him the truth.
"Dad...how come every one who's different, always gets treaded like a dirt?" Sabrina then asked her father, turning her head towards him. Kodi looked at his daugther for a moment, and then sighed, turning his head to the sky.
"I wish I could answer that, honey. But the world is a cruel place" he said, with a slight sound of bitterness in his voice.
"I had to through exactly the same, when I was in your age" Kodi then replied, turning his head back to Sabrina. Then he started to smile.
"But don't you worry. Everything's going to be okay" Kodi said smiling, nuzzled his daughter, then walked away.
