Tess pranced around town, lokin for someone to talk to. She didnt see anyone tho, that looked intresting. She layed down in the grass, hoping someone would notice her. She looked around once, and then twice. She got lsoe form her owner earlir; wanting to be away from Mandy for awhile.

Blackie ran around town, zooming past a border collie which was Tess. He was feeling veyr hyper after his owner, James, tied him up but not tihgt anenough and Blackie ended up getting loose. He would go back to James later after he did a little exploring. H never did get to explore the town.

Sheeba layed down on a sidewlak, all alone.

Rose nodded. "You have a point there. I just wish that the competition didn't bring such... competition to this town."

Coop stood up and shook out of his leather collar. "She shouldn't worry 'bout me," he said, scratching an ear. "I always come back." He glanced behind him, hoping that Tommy's mother hadn't seen him come free. "Um, sure. I'll come," Coop said, already taking a few steps away from the house.

Shiloh nodded. "I know what you mean. Well, there's nothing we can really do. We can hope and try to calm tempers and stay calm ourselves but other than that..." He shrugged and twitched an ear. "I'm gonna try to relax at home and maybe my human will too."

Sniffer chuckled as he started to continue his patrol. "So, how have you been doing, other than the rope, of course."

Dug-out saw Tess and padded towards her, noticing how she was ont eh sidewalk alone. "Hey, you okay?" he asked slowly. "You look sorta lonely..."

Keon was messing around with his sister and owner. They were playing fetch. Carrie threw the ball into the sky. Keon all most got it but Bloom got it before him. He growled at her with defect in his growl. He ponched on her and started to mess with her.

Bloom glared at him and chased him around. Then she went sliding into Shiloh

Tess watched as Dug-out trotted twords her. "Hmm? Me? Oh i'm fine. But yes, i am lonley." The border collie comfermed. "I got loose from my owner cause I want a little brake from her and spend some time with some other dogs, but insted im spending time with the siewalk." Tess said sadly. "Oh, and i'm Tess." She greeted. "And you are....?"

Shiloh slid a few cenimeters away and then padde dback, looking at her. "Whoa. You okay? that was quite a slide." He chuckled slgihtly then realized that he may appear unkind since he was laughing and lifted a paw. "Sorry about that. Anyway, you all right?"

Dug-out smiled. "Name's Dug-out. I live here with my sister Sandlot. I think she's hanging out with my friend, Joey." He frowned. Joey might be his friend but he ddin't like that his friend obviously liked his sister a little too much. "Nice to meet you," he said, eyeing her in interest. She was quite a pretty dog.

Bloom got up. Not needing Shiloh's help. "I'm so sorry about that my brother was being dumb." She said looking over at him.

Keon walked over to were Bloom and the male dog was. "Well that's your fault sister." He said looking at Shiloh. "Who are you and why are you talking to my sister?" He said in demanded.

Shi rolled her his eyes. "Well, I'm the dog you sent your sister flying into." After rolling hsi eyes once more, he said, "Names Shiloh. This is my friend, Rose. Now who are you two?"

Bloom gave Keon a dirty look. "Excuse my brother he is really dumb in the mind. My name is Bloom and my brothers name is Keon." She said to him. Then looked at Rose and gave her a smile.

"You heard my name and you better remember it." He said to him. Then turned away and went back over to his owner.

Shiloh glared after Keon, scoffing lightly. "What's his problem?" he growled udner his breath. Shaking his fur, he turned to Rose and Bloom. "Sorry about that, I just don't like being talked to liek that." Then he looked at Rose with an expression on his face that looked like he could bite himself, "Oh, man!" he groaned. "I've already started! How cna I expect to get through the competition without getting nagry if I get mad when a dog looks at me funny and snaps at me a few times?"

Bloom chuckled a little. "Sorry. Just you shouldn't worry about my brother. His a pain in the butt." She said smiling. She always had a smile it was hard to make her mad. "Maybe you should go for a long run to let off some of that steam." She explained.

Tess smiled back at Dug-Out once more. She stood up, her white paws holding her black and white body up with support. "Well, Dug-out, where do you live. I live near the vets. My woners mom and dad are vets. They own the vet." Tess saud porudly, then she frowned. "But its ntog ood for me. I have to go the vets alot."

"Pratice being calm," Rose said. "And running off some of that steam will heklp too. Just try to concentrate on the actual competition instead of you competitors."

Coop sighed. "Alright, I guess. I'm still not used to having a home, though. After a puppyhood on the streets, its hard to accept having a family."

Sniffer nodded. "Yeah, that's certaintly udnerstandable. I was ont eh streets for a while too. It took a while to adjust. Are you happy being a house dog?"

Shiloh nodded. "Thanks," he told both of them. "I think I'm fine right now but I'll keep that in mind."

Dug-out grunted, "I ahte the vet. I've got a huge phobia of needles... Ech!"
