Maybe. For example, in the other section or the Balto 1 one, topics in the 2nd/3rd page aren't dead.
I'm not saying it's perfect but until Kurama can get the dates back then it can at least help him/her a little.

O.o Not really. I do like strict rules, but that's a bit too much.
Well, it was just an idea. I mean, I know it's kinda strict but it could be used as stepping-stone for a rule.
