Okay, Not all christian bands are necessarily nu-metal, a good example of this is a band called Styrper, go look em up when you have time, and you would be surprised how good they are, especially if you're into classic rock/metal, they started, actually, they revolutionized the Christian Metal movement while still keeping the heavy edge that most 80's metal had. they are a brilliant heavy metal band and their vocalist is currently on tour with Boston filling in for the late and great Brad Delp, whom committed Suicide earlier this year. and they kinda sound like Boston, to come to think of it.
Also, all of the bands you have listed so far are in my top 50 somewhere, especially Slayer, all of the early to mid 80's stuff OWNS. good call!

Any band whose members wear purity rings is OK in my book. I've actually seen Casting Crowns in concert many times, they're not my taste though.

I like alot of your bands but i don't mind cornflakes, either, so just have a more open mind. I agree with Shayde here, these are people's opinions you don't have to agree with them just respect them. Afterall, I think you, ragingbalto, base your music choices off what you think is popular at the moment (or is from Guitar Hero3?), you don't see me slandering you or you music tastes. And I happen to like some Christian Rock.
