Ace heard the commotion and found where Juna was. "What's going o-?" Ace said, but stopped when he saw the wolf. He didn't want to admit it, but she was beautiful. He gulped, then spoke, trying to act fierce. It was obvious that he wasn't the best at being fierce, especially not to a pretty wolf like this one. He forced a fake-sounding growl. "Rrr, umm, why are you in... rrr, dingo territory?" He was just stopping himself from bursting out laughing at himself. He knew that was something Juna wouldn't appreciate.

Ooc: thats okay angel12349 :3
Tasha was surprised when another dingo ran up, faced her, then ran off, obviously scared. She supposed, since she was a wolf, she could be quite scary to a dingo. She watched as the leader dingo sighed, then screamed at her "Get out!!". Tasha's eyes had been hiding her fear well, but now a glimmer of fear got through. She hadn't been scared before, but the dingo, although small, when she was this angry, scared her. After a second she had it under control and was about to leave, when she heard a voice "Rrr, umm, why are you in... rrr, dingo territory?". She looked up, saying "Look, I'm just....." She trailed off when she saw the dingo who had spoke. Although he had growled at her, she thought she saw a twinkle of laughter in his eyes. She blinked, trying to clear the feeling that this dingo was so.... perfect. She looked into his brown eyes, and for a heartbeat her gaze met his before looking away, trying not to give her feelings away. She took a breath, not wanting to leave now. "I'll leave....." She said. "But... its strange, my leader would send someone to make sure an intruder didn't just go off and wander around the territory more. And she certainly wouldn't escort them herself - i mean, she has to look after the camp.... but I suppose I'll just leave...." She paused wondering whether she dared add the last part to her sentence "you hope." She was trying to get a moment alone with the other dingo, to try and find out his name, at least.
Dawns tail swished furiously. The parents of a young wolf, Tasha, had just reported her missing for longer than she should have been. All through the packs nap, and the hunt that had caused them to nap in the day. Dawn furiously decided that, unless Tasha caught it herself, Tasha was not to eat until next moonhigh. That would be punishment enough, the pack hadn't had a meal since three days ago, and Tasha would be very hungry after she explained where she had been.

"Errm, Juna? What if I escort this wolf out of our territory so she knows clearly where the boundaries are, so you can keep patrolling the territory and not have to further delay your... duties." He said. This wolf was beautiful and he felt that he should take every chance he got to admire her, no matter what anyone thought of it. Of course, he wasn't going to outright tell anyone that he had eyes for a wolf, but it's not a crime if you don't get caught? He prayed that Juna's response would be the one he desired.

Ooc: Hey! Tasha's not ugly XD No, don't worry, I'm joking, I'm sure shes ugly to Juna.
Tasha almost smiled at the chance to be alone with this dingo. She walked up beside him, pretending to be unhappy, but her eyes gave her away. She let out a fake sounding sigh. "So.... I suppose you'll have to show me your territory border, then" She said. She wagged her tail slightly, before saying "lead the way.. err, whats you name?" She wanted to know this dingo's name, and spend time with him. It was forbidden to be friends with a dingo, let alone love one - but Tasha would take a chance. She would take every oppourtunity to spend time with him ,even if it meant coming back to the dingo territory after their leader threatened her like that.

"Ace." He said, much too quickly and he couldn't suppress a grin. He too, let his tail wag, but only slightly. "Yeah... what's your name then?" He asked, cocking his head to the side. According to his pack, you could never be too cautious around a wolf. But actually talking to one, he just thought that she was like a fluffy, white dingo. He moved along until he found the his pack's border. "Here's the neutral area. Anybody's allowed here, and no-one can say anything about it." He liked saying this, because if she liked him, she would catch on to what he was saying and if she didn't, she'd growl and storm off, or something similar.

"My name is Tasha" She said. "Ace" She thought to herself " His name is Ace...." He lead her to their packs border, and she smelt the familiar wolf scent of her pack. She suddenly shifted uncomfortably, thinking of what her pack would say about the dingo-scent on her, not to mention that she had been gone so long. She looked over the neutral ground and ace said "Here's the neutral area. Anybody's allowed here, and no-one can say anything about it." Tasha's eyes gleamed, and she walked out onto the neutral territory. But then she stopped, and turned around. "Well, Maybe I'll see you round sometime..... I hunt round here a lot, and I'll probably be out on hunting duty here tomorrow." She said, flashing him a smile, before turning towards the wolf dens and bounding away. "I wonder... will he be here tomorrow? Its worth a try, I'll come here" She thought to herself. Tasha bounded back to her den blissfully, before seeing a shadow waiting for her. "Oh, no!" She thought.
Dawn saw her. Tasha was here, finally. Dawn was a good leader, but Tasha was sometimes just too much of a trouble maker. She lunged at Tasha, jumping on top of her and pinning her down "where were you!?" She snarled quietly "You missed the hunt, you missed the day! You'd better have a good explanation!" Her eyes blazed as she saw Tasha quiver underneath her, before hearing her say "I-I was out H-hunting, Alpha Dawn, I'm sorry" She sighed, and was about to tell Tasha her punishment, when she smelt the dingo on her. She snarled viciously "Why do you have dingo scent on you?!" She growled, raising her voice a little. Tasha started to quiver even more "I-i-i was in their t-territory h-hunting, i didn't mean to, i-i went there by mistake" she said fearfully. Dawn snarled, scenting the dingo more. "You are not to eat for the next two - no, three moons, unless you catch it yourself." She snarled, outraged. "I'll be watching you closely, Tasha.." She murmured softly into her ear, before getting off her and watching her run to her den at top speed. Satisfied she had got the point, Dawn went off to her den to sleep.

Titan and two other dingoes dragged the caribou carcass into the cave in which they sheltered. Taking down the caribou was possibly harder than taking down a kangaroo. In Australia, they didn't hunt in groups much, but went off alone or in twos to hunt smaller prey. The caribou was like a large horse but with horns, sort of like a ram, but a lot different. It had taken up much of their strength, but it would keep the group fed for nearly a week. Titan saw his son slink into the cave after them, and his nose caught a scent that he despised. "Son, care to explain why you smell of wolf?" Titan said, not looking back at his son, but putting extra emphasis on the word 'wolf'.
"Oh." Said Ace, pausing. "There was a wolf in our territory. Juna found it, and I chased it away. I don't think it'll be back, but it might be good for me to be on scout duty tomorrow, won't it?"
"Yes, chances are they'll be bringing back more to invade. If you see anythig suspicious, report back immediately. And don't say anything to them. Here, now come and eat this strange animal. It tastes almost like sheep." Titan said, before heading over to the carcass and eating his fill.

It was early, very early, the sun was only just peeking above the horizon. Tasha hesitated a little, then poked her head out of her den. She happily saw that nobody was around, although she heard her parents snoring softly behind her. She slipped over the the edge of the camp. She was going to make it! Then something slipped out of the shadows, and next thing Tasha knew the was pushed hard to the ground "And where, exactly do you think your going?" Tasha gulped. It was Dawn, she had caught he sneaking out. Tasha suppressed a sigh, then said to her coolly "I was just out for some early hunting. Remember, i have to catch my own food now?" Dawn watched he for a while more, seeing if her face gave away anything, before she let her up. "Very well then" She said calmly "But make sure you stay away from those.. Dingos" She added, growling at the word "Dingo" Tasha's heart beated faster. Did she know about her incident with the dingos? She couldn't! Then Tasha quietly slipped off to go to the neutral territory.
Dawn watched Tasha walk away. She knew she was up to something, but she couldn't follow her. She had a duty to her pack. With an annoyed growl, she walked away, over to her den. Whatever it was, she would find out at some point, and if it was bad, she would put a stop to it!

Ace dutifully slunk towards to boundary of their territory, but once he was out of sight, he sprinted, full-speed. He knew it was bad, but he just had to see the pretty white wolf again. "Tasha." he said to himself, admiring the name. As he reached the packs border, the dingo scent seemed to fade, but grow instantly stronger as he past a scent marker that marked the bounds of his territory. He put his nose to the ground, and followed Tasha's scent. She even smelled pretty, he thought.

Tasha lay down and sighed. She hadn't caught anything, she hadn't been trying to, and, hungry as she was, she couldn't help but not feel like eating. She was disappointing, Ace wasn't here. She got up to leave, tail and ears drooping, when suddenly she smelt something that made her ears prick up instantly. She sighed happily as Ace's sweet scent surrounded her, and she followed his scent. She found him in the neutral territory, and bounded out to him. She knew she shouldn't, she really shouldn't.... but she did. She tried to look like she'd been hunting, and said casually "Oh, hi, I was just out hunting...." She trailed off as her stomach growled, giving it away that she in fact had not been hunting at all. She scuffled her paw on the ground and looked down, before saying softly "I didn't catch anything... but it doesn't bother me." After a moment she looked up, trying not to wag her tail too much.

"Oh... why weren't you hunting with your pack?" Ace asked, but he saw Tasha's tail drop and her expression turn into worry the moment he had said it. "Never mind, it's not important is it? Do you want me to help you catch something?" Ace said and he knew that he shouldn't have. Helping a wolf hunt? Now that was just asking for trouble. He couldn't undo what he just said though and to his surprise, Tasha smiled.

Tasha blinked in surprise, a dingo offering to help her hunt? But not just any dingo, she reminded herself. This was forbidden, and she could get into a lot of trouble for it, more than she ever had been before, but still, she smiled, and said "Well..." She hesitated a little, not sure if she should say yes "Sure!" She didn't want to seem like she couldn't hunt, but she would take any chance she had to be with Ace.

Ace grinned and put his nose to the ground. He dashed in and out between trees with a lot of speed but more than anything, agility. Eventually he caught site of an old, male deer. He was lethargic and one of his antlers had been broken. He looked to Tasha and smiled, nodding his head towards the deer.
