I may think they may be a cute couple. But, look at Kodi and Dusty. Kodi's a young male and Duster is like sounding a lot older than she needs to. So, maybe.

I don't know about Kodi & Dusty, I would also think that Ralph is more interested in Dusty than Kodi. But they could make a nice couple. I don't think it will happen, though.

I think Ralph is not so good, they do NOT look good together... Ralph is a bit to ...large.

awww.. I like Ralph, even though he complains about toenails all the time  .. I wonder if he's a stray or just lives outside? the other two dogs seemed to have homes when the EDAS (or whatever it was) was sounded
speaking of which , this is the third time we've had a barking chain in the movies.. first it was 101 dalmatians, then All Dogs go to heaven ( the first one) .. now Balto III, hmm.. 
anyway, Dusty's probably not the only female Husky in town. if Balto 4 comes about we might see another dog .. or maybe another She-wolf...

I think Ralph and Dusty have known each other longer than Kodi has, so there is a chance that she might be more interested in Ralph than Kodi (maybe up until the end of the film; remember the scene when Kodi finally understood what Balto was telling him? Who was the first to follow him? Dusty!).
I think that the WoC trio are just good friends that work together to do their job.  But I can still see a Kodi/Dusty thing going on . . . .
