Forgive me, I usually do not respond in such a manner. But what you said above somewhat surprised me. Not your obviously pedestalled opinion of yourself, but your attempts to justify yourself after having said how you treat others is utterly ridiculous and laughable.

It is also quite amusing that you should use the work "immature". It is quite apparent from your post that you have no intention of self-evaluation, so I will do it for you. Skipping classes, getting detention every week, etc, is not displaying maturity. So.....it doesn't make you look too good when you call me out on immaturity when you have a post above mine chock full of it. Besides, go look elsewhere on the forums, I doubt you will find many, if any, who would deem me immature.

Tripping teachers pets and making fun of nerds is also not too mature now, isn't it? While were on that subject, you should treat the nerds nicer. You want to be in good graces with them, because the way you're going, I can imagine that you will be working for them in the future, possibly cleaning the bathrooms of their offices. Bottom line, you can mess with them, but in the social structure that is the school world, they will have the last laugh. Perhaps when they are graduating while you are sitting in a resource class, or perhaps, like I said above, you will be working for them. Don't make fun of them, you are no better than they are.

Not to be mean, but if you do that, than your no Better than a bully, and this all of your acts do go on a perment record, so it DOES and hopefully effects your life, I've heard the High School teachers look at them, might get a harsh teacher depending on your records. Ghost is right, that Isn't Mature, and the tripping Nerds thing, depending on where you live,they can file harrasment assualt on you.

I'm hate people like this at school.
I am usally don't talk in school. So people sometimes try to make talk. I tell them to go away and they go tell their little firend that I can talk. It's real annoying. Jerks. >:(

If you seriously think that is flaming then you must live under one hell of a rock , internet wise. You posted a message on a forum about how you acted in school in responce to this topic and you seriously don't expect people to respond to you in a negative manner for you rather poor behaviour? I am sorry but if you are going to post that on a forum then expect people to call you out on certain things. The only things people have really said is that your attitude is not going to get you anywhere in life or that your view is an immature one which ties nicley with the topic. I guess someone calling a spade a spade is too much for you though and is automatically flaming. Look at how you said you acted again. Think about how its flawed and you will understand peoples comments.

Now onto Hybridfuses's orginal post. Put downs, joking on sacred subjects and other things are human nature. People will make a joke about anything from someone falling over after doing a laughable Kung Fu move to the 9/11 terrorists attacks. There are limits and there are of course areas that are best not ventured to. Mainly though humour is very subjective. Seeing the Twin Towers collapse to the tune of Yakerty Sax playing in the background can have people in stitches while it will horror many. Fart jokes make some roll on the floor laughthing while it digusts others. Humour is not something you can just put you finger on and give strict clear limits on. Everyone is different. What you can do though is try and find people who share your sense of humour or try and just know each others boundries and respect them. You can't get rid of humour you hate but you can make sure you don't have to get involved in it or laugh at it.

I have to agree with Bluewolf128, on both acounts.

No one was flamming you, Just because someone does not agree with you, it doesn't mean they are 'flamming you'.
"You are stuiped" Is flamming, "What you are doing, is wrong." Is not flamming.

That's right. Keep goofing off, getting detention, and being an obnoxious jerk to all the smart kids and "nerds" who are doing what their supposed to. Keep wasting my tax dollars as you joke your way through our public educational system. It's ok, I'm paying for it. But I win in the end, see? One day, you'll be fetching those nerds their coffee as they earn checks with more zeros than you can count and bagging groceries for minimum wage.

I agree with you on pretty much every point. I still feel guilty because I used to make fun of this kid in elementary school. I always blamed it on my friend who (when I wanted to stop) said "if you stop insulting him then I won't be your friend anymore!" and plenty of other threates, but now that I'm older I understand that I had absolutely no reason to act like that. I'm no longer friends with that girl anymore (she got all into drugs) and I talked with the boy a few years after we bullied him and I apoligized. He actually said it was okay and that he knew my friend had been threatening me, but I still feel terrible when I think about it.

Another thing that bugs me is the morons who think blond jokes are true. I've argued points against kids in my classes (they said frogs had gills and I said they had lungs) and they would just dismiss my arguments with "she's just a blond" now I've pretty much given up saying anything at school unless I'm with my friends.

Oh and if I trip or something and people make fun of me, I just glare at them (my glare really scares people for some reason) and walk away.
