I think it happened in May 14,2008 I was so scared It started from morning to nightime! It even blew off the roof off our billiards room. It blew down our big mango tree and more. It was very bad!. Next morning I had to help my daddy to pick up trees. It even blew my ball away luckily our cat survived. We had a powercut for 3 weeks after Cosme. You live somewere in Asia?

But heck, I've been out in HURRICANES acting like it's normal weather. Especially when I hate life. I've lived in Florida all my life, so... yeah. I'm used to the hurricane stuff. Not the tornados though. That's pretty much the only bad weather that's freaked me out. I was going to say practicly all that stuff about me, but you said it. Lived in FL all my life and I've learned to love the hurricanes, but the thought of tornados is like... -Faints-

Well, I live in a place where there can be a lot of tornadoes. I remember last year, at school, the tornado siren went off and we all had to go downstairs and sit in the extremely crowded hallway. I think that was worse than the actual tornado...The hallway got so hot that the teachers started passing out construction paper to use as fans! The only good thing about that tornado was we got out of 4th block.
Then there was another time, I was also at school, but that's not the story here. This tornado actually touched down rather close to my neighborhood. It was a small tornado, but it knocked over some trees. That was creepy.

well It isn't against the rules to revive an old topic , if you have something Useful to add to it, and stay ontopic..
and I have been in both, more so Hurricanes, I live in Florida so I've been in ALOT of hurricanes, but that is ok , I actually enjoy them X3
I've been in my share of tornados too, none were super dangerous, mainly little f1 tornadoes that just shook the house a bit :3
I'm use to bad weather, live'n in a tropical climate, you tend to get alot, and our weather is really wonky down here, one minute it will be sunny , hot and nice.. next second it will be thundering , lightning and grose :S
Makes planning trips to the beach and what not, kinda hard LOL!

Like Dunkin said, it's not against the rules: steet wrote: Also, you're allowed to post in "dead" topics (for example, a topic in which the last message was posted in 2006) as long as your post is not spam.
