I have tons of scars.
I have scars all over my right arm...on my wrist, on my elbow, and several other places from when I punched an old window on my birthday a few years ago.. I needed stitches like everywhere. The cute on my wrist was really deep. I also have a huge scar on my right leg from boiling soup dumping on me. That like...hurt alot. :/
I have tons and tons of other scars all over by body that I don't remember at the moment since I'm really tired and falling asleep on my laptop. Once I remember them I'll post them.

Which one?
All of 'em.
Well, they don't really hurt very much now, but yesterday, I was at karate and we were doing sword work when my partner got a little over-zealous and almost got my left eye again. It wasn't bad but if I hadn't ducked/moved I would have a scar that would look almost exactly like Scar's from the lion king( no joke), It's not too bad anymore but there's still a faint line at my eye.

*nodnod* My daily routine there includes walking dogs, cleaning cages, feeding animals, doing dishes, laundry, keeping things tidy, bathing/brushing animals, force-feeding when needed and occasionally restraining/assisting w/ minor medical things... bleh. It's great experience, and I love the animals, I really do, but it gets tiresome Not to mention when you get all the crap jobs, and you're always the very last one to be able to leave... x.x Afternoon shifts are supposed to be from 3 to 7. I've been there til *9*! Thankfully though I'm only doing sunday morning shifts for a while, which are brief kennel shifts from about 8-11... but I digress.

spiritwolf46 wrote: oh, you would have turned into a living cartoon char! lol, im kidding. Yeah, the worst part is that I know that everyone would start calling me Scar and that's the kind of nickname that doesn't go away very soon. It would get kind of annoying after a while so I'm glad it's almost healed-up now. It's pretty neat that your a vet/ what kind of animals do you work with? All that work you described sounds pretty hard so I'm sure ya got lots of things you could mention on this topic.

Well, I'm not a vet, I'm just an assistant, of course ;3 Maybe when I go to college I'll get my DVM. We work mainly w/ cats & dogs, but we see a lot of rabbits, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc, and even some birds and other exotics. I'm not even involved in most of the medical aspects of it, and I can still tell you even what I do is hard work indeed... x.x But it's rewarding, getting to see all the animals. It's also how I get my weekly fix of cute lil kittens w/o taking home any XD We always have kittens in need of adoption, I wish I could take them all home... but ..yeh... we have 3 cats and 2 dogs already so my parents don't want any more pets ATM... even though I just brought home 4 mice from school today... you know, I never wake up planning these things - my life's just unpredictable sometimes My cat & dog (the two that I own personally) were both 'bring homes'/adoptions from the clinic where I work, too. *nodnods* I've been bitten, scratched, stuck w/ needles accidentally, strained muscles... all in the name of animal caretaking

Did ya have to get shots because of that?(serious question) Still even if it's hard work it must feel really good to know that your making a difference in the world.
