As for the argument that reports do nothing to help speed the process along, I have to politely disagree there. I don't know about anyone else, but I try to make it part of my routine on here to check the reports at least a couple of times on the days when I'm able to get on. And, as long as I have the time when I check the reports, I'll usually try and handle the situation, especially if no one else is on. So, please don't say that the reports don't do any good. They really do, so long as they are used in the correct situation and for the right reasons.
