Rose looked out across the sea, the light glinting off the water. She smiled to herself. How she loved the life of a loner. The Midnight Lady sailed quickly across the waters, her small size allowing for speed which often made Rose forget she was sailing and think she was flying. She looked down at her feet at the sound of a small mew. Rose smiled and reached a hand down to pet the small white cat. Grace purred with satisfaction until Rose rediected her attention back to the ocean. Out across the horizon, Rose spotted to larger ships, most likely pirates bcause of the dark flags that flapped in the wind above them. The Midnight Lady wouldn't pose a threat to these larger ships, but Rose would rather not run into them. She walked to the wheel and changed course, moving the small, black ship in the other diretion.

Emma looked up at Emery's words, seeing the opposing ship. She quickly hurried to her place for battle, a sword in hand.
