I have a question...
Why exactly do the images have to be Stock images? Specifically DeviantArt stock images.
There's a slim chance people will find what they're looking for that way..
What are 'Stock Images' anyway?
And a better question ... howcome CallmeKate can't use her own pictures? If it's her's then it's not stealing...
Sorry, it just doesn't really make sense.
Well, when users find images that they like from Google or Photobucket, there's a chance that the image belongs to someone else.
Stock images are images that people upload for the very purpose of graphics-making.
I prefer stock images from DA because, for one, DeviantArt has A LOT more selection than any other stock image hosting site, and if you read the artist notes of the images under the ''stock'' category, most of them say things like ''A picture that anybody can use'', or ''Can be used for photo manipulation''.
There are other places to find stock-images, such as
stock.xchng or
Free Stock Images.net, but I have yet to find a place with more choices than DA.
And if CallmeKate wants to use her OWN art, that is fine.
The reason why I am so strict about art-use in graphics is that I have had more than a few cases where someone gives me a strange artist's work, and the last thing I need is to be called an art-thief.
Stock images make everything neat and
safe.
@diego_rules: I'll get to it

@Iditarod: Alright. Thank you ^^
I'll have them done soon.
Okay then thank you because I got contaced by a mod because I tried for one with my own art.....anywho thanks.
stock image by midnight NOT by me. It was found on the stock image site.
