"What are you guys doing here this time of night?" he asked and first looked at Dusty, then Kodi.

"Well, I woke up when I haerd a strange noice, and decided to find out what it is" Ralph said, and turned his head to Kodi.
"Do you guys have any idea what it could be?" he then asked Kodi.
"No, we don't" replied Kodi, "That's why we're here". Then he suddenly perked up his ears, lifted his head and sniffed the air.
"What is it, Kodi?" Balto asked, and looked at his son.
"I...I heard something again" Kodi said lowering his voice a little pit.

"Mom, is everything okay?" Kodi asked Jenna sounding a little worried, but before Jenna got the chance to answer, Balto came to him and said:
"Don't worry, Kodi. Your mother is just nervous, like we all are".
Kodi looked at his father, then turned his head back to Jenna.

Kodi looked at his mother for a moment and pinned his ears down. But suddenly he turned his head towards a tree nearby.
"Wait a minute...something was moving behind that tree!" he then gasped and started growling.
"Really? I didn't see anything" Balto said and sounded a little doubting.
"But there was something..." Kodi growled.
