Juniper looekd up at Spirit and sighed. "We can beat them," he said. "I knwo we can." He got to his paws, shook hsi fur, and padded to his friend's side. "We have to." He sighed again. It didn't use to be like this. The war was diffrent then. The fighting and killing hadn't quite satrted back then. Wind pushed its way through his fur and he lifted his head. He hoped that Zaphod and Lilly were ok. And he certaintly hoped they didn't fight. He heard an excited howl from the fight and he looekd at Spirit. "Pelase tell me that wasn't my brother."

Blake raked his claws down a wolf's back and howled in excitment. This wa sone his first battles and he was doign well! He heard his brother's furious howl calling him back adn stopped fihgting. He looked at the cave then back at the fight. He flattened his ears and ran back in teh direction of his brother and Bloom. He reached him and glared at his brother. "I'll be playing with Rosey," he said gruffly, pushign his way past him. "Rosey!" He padded to the pup, after shootign his borther an irrited glare.

Lily looked at her frineds and grinned. "Nothing becuase my parents won't let me leave the camp!" She narrowe dher eyes in frustrationa dn scowled. "I wish I could fight." She sat down and falttened her ears.

Spirit looked at Juniper. I guess it was... He turned back to Juniper and then to Lilly. "I wonder why she wants to be a part of all this madness." Spirit said to Juniper.

Tears ran down Hunter's face... His friends was dead... "all becuase of one stupid mutt..." He thought. He growled in anger. "Why wasn't I here to protect him?" Hunter screamed at himself. He turned to where the dog who had scratched his friend's back killing him went. He thought to himself, "It might be risky, but I'll get revenge for him." He grinned. He started down the trail hoping it would lead to the dog.

Wissia waked up. She yawned. She was in her cave. She stood up and looked around. "Life is so boring. " Wissia walked from her cave. She sniffed the air. " I smell the prey. " She said and looked around. She saw a big deer. And started to hunt. She caught it and ate it.

Spirit sensed something in the air but he coudnt quite put his paw on it. He smelled two wolves. He knew one was close but the other... he smelled harder... was near a river following a trail. "I guess one is on the hunt and the other is on the trail." He whispered to himself. "Well lets just see if they are ready for the trap they can spring..." Spirit said then laughed.

Bloom awake that morning to her friends and mates voices. It had just been a few months since her pups had been boring and she felt weak from a fight she had with a bear about a week ago. She slowly looked up to she Juniper talking to someone. "Whats going on?" She asked him with a smile on her face.

Zaphod lifted his head and smelled the dog. "No..." He whispered. "It cant happen.... It just." He gulped "Lilly run!" He yelled picking her up and sprinting off with her,he never knew where he was going, however he was heading towards dangerland.

"Blake's a little... angry." Juniper sighed.

Spirit turned to Juniper. "Juniper, what do you mean Blake is angry? Oh yes and before I forget, there is a wolf coming this way." He said. "What are we going to do? Its on the trail for something, and I think that something might be Blake."

Bloom growled when she heard the name Wolf come from Spirits mouth. "Well then we are going to deal with them." She said getting up her legs trimbling a little. Trying to walk just fine. She looked down at her pups. Spirit please watch the pups." She said walking past Juniper.

Eventually Zaphod was started to walk once he noticed the dog was going,but... where HE was going... Looked very farmiler, has he been there before? He'll find out.

"sure." Spirit said and nodded.

Hunter kept following the trail of paw prints. "I know he's here somewhere! I'll find you dog! I'll find you if its the last thing I do!!" He screamed out into the forest. He bowed his head down and tears ran through his eyes. "How could this happen? Why is there so much war? It didn't used to be this way..." Hunter said to himself. He sat down and continued crying about his friends that had died because of one stupid fight that had never been happening before. Half and hour later he got up and kept walking slowly tears still running through his eyes.

Juniper stood and padded after Bloom. "Blake." He looekd back at his brother. "come on."
"Make me." Blake got to his paws. "What if I want to stay with Lilly? Or want to go fight?"
Juniper dug his claws into the ground in irritation. "Blake."
"What? I'm siock of beign ordered around!" He sat down stubbornly.
"There's a war going on," Juniper growled.
"Then I'll go fight." Blake had obviously been waiting forJuniper to say that so he raced out of hte den towards the fight.
"What's gotten into him?" Juniper sighed. "I wish someone could make him see sense, he won't listen to me."
"I can try." Lilly looked up.
"You're not going into that fight," Juniper said sternly. Lilly roleld ehr eyes and looked at teh ground, frustration pulsing through her body. Wish I could run like Blake but I'd never get tehre without being stopped, she thought.

Bloom walked to the corner of the outside cave watching Blake take off like a wild wind. Followed by some more of her pack. She howled for them to come back. But they didn't listen to her. She bowed her head down as her mate come towards her. Lately Juniper had been leading the pack on his own and not with her. "What shall we do?" She asked.

Juniper sighed. "I don't know. I can try to get teh pack to fall back."
