Name: Kato

Breed: German Sheperd/Himalayan Sheepdog

History: born the youngest in a litter of two, he got picked on by his brother alot. His mother favored his brother for being a 'leader' while his father favored him for being gentle and wise. When it was time for him and his brother to be adopted, he was taken in by a young woman who was a teacher. She lived near his parents owner, so he still saw them alot, while he lost contact with his brother. His owner brought her work home with her alot, so she could have Kato's company, so he learned many things from her mumbling to herself. When his parents had their second litter, he helped out and taught them a few things.

Name: Tiger
Breed: wolf/akita/golden retriver
History: he was the biggest of his litter. he found it easy to tease the runt. one day he was so tired of being picked on by older pups he decided to run away. he ran into the forest. one day he was found by a she wolf. she wanted him to stay with her but he didn't. at night he ran back to his home. then he met kit.

Name: Shep
Age: older than Kit, somewhere in the 3, 4 or 5 bracket
Gender: male
Breed: 7/8 wolf, 1/8 brindle boxer(origin of the stripes)
Personality: Quiet and reserved on the outside. Tends to be a loner, but always makes time for Kit. He's attentive and loyal, and never forces Kit to do anything she doesn't want to do. He's easy going, a complete gentleman and meditive. However he is not afraid to speak his mind, and when he is angered(usually comes from another wolf threatining Kit) he snaps, unleashing his full fury and strength upon whatever caused his anger.
History: Shep was born in an average litter of 3 pups in the wild. Both his parents were present throughout his puphood, and his eloquence and manners was taught by his father, who's father in turn taught him, who's father taught him, who's father was a house dog(boxer) and learned it all from his humans. Shep grew up unknowing of his heritige. He is somewhat curious about humans,but never goes near any villages.
He met Kit soon after he left home to start his own life, finding her quiet and meek nature to be indearing. It was love at first sight. Several other females got in Shep's way, trying to get his time and make him look away from Kit for even a second, but they failed miserably. Shep felt a strong need to protect Kit and to never leave her side. They soon became mates, possibly having pups.
I expect you to help me design some of course if Shep wins, Lone. ;]
Pic: I tried to keep his design simple...though he looks fabulous with white fur too. ^^ I altered the lineart a bit to fit his build more accurately.

Name: Shire

Age: older than Kit

Gender: male

Breed: 1/4 german shepherd, 1/4 arcic wolf 2/4 timber wolf

Parents: Mother- Snow, Father- Wood

History: Shire was born the only one in his litter. It was quite unusal since his mother, Snow was in a litter of almost ten other puppies. But Shire was the only one in his litter. His Snow was half german shepherd and half arctic wolf and his father, Wood was full timber wolf. Soon after Shire's birth, his parents got into a huge fight about who Shire would live with and Wood left. So Shire lived in a small town with his mother. After about a year Shire's mother died, leaving Shire with no one. So, Shire set out to find his father, he knew that Wood was the alpha of a pack so Shire set out to find him and hopefully join his pack. He searched for weeks and weeks on end and was finally successful after about five months. Wood let his son join the pack without a second thought. But the rest of the pack didn't want Shire there at all, so they let him stay until his father died, then they kicked him out. So Shire has been wandering if the forest ever since, until he met up with Kit. They both had sort of the same past with rejection and being left behind so Shire adapted well to her.
