Everything I wanted to say has already been said. Essentially, there should be two different Fan News editor types, all modded by one "Fan News Leader" who was in charge of everything working smoothly.

I remember the start of this when it was only me and Drew who were editors. Everything went smoothly then and both of us frequently made entries there.

Then steet accepted new Fan News editors and eventually there became so many of them, I quit the position. As the plan was to divide it, leaving almost nothing to me and Drew.

In my opinion, there should only be one or two fan news editors who are to write about everything related to the respective websites (in my case in the past, I did both websites, more or less), community-wise, events, featured topics, featured art, etc.


Oh, and there are rules for Fan News editors, though I'm uncertain if I'm allowed to reveal them to the public. But there are rules in place to regulate this and -try- to make the editors post frequently.

Just to clarify, there are also consequences (again, you should probably ask Togo about it as I am likely not in my jurisdiction to reveal them ^^).

With that, I leave this topic (hopefully).

From what I know I know of it, the news editors have a schedule, of sorts, now that (I think) Togo created. Whereby each editor does the news each week, e.g. One does the news for week beginning 13th October, the next does the next week and repeat.

Unfortunately these weren't seperated into Balto and Lion King editors (who does news for each site even D: ) and last time, they didn't update when they were meant to.

What's really needed is pretty much what Lux said. Probably 2 for each site and they update on everything going on, such as any notable topics to be put in the news, fan creations etc. and alternate each week.
