That is a very extreme case. And exceedingly unlikely, as you are not profitting financially off of your videos. However, YouTube will remove your content and, if you're a repeat offender, that's when you can end up facing banning or termination of membership.
I really don't want to get my account shut down over a made up music video, I minds-well not upload any then.
