Up in the mountains a lone wolf stood watch for his pack and howled for the all clear letting the hunting parties take over. The pack had been...fractured with the alpha's death drawing near. His name is FrostFire, one of the few wolves who had obtained immortality and had lived forever. He is a warrior's apprentice and his slience indicated his shyness but he was very talented. As he made his way back to his mistress and bowed and looked up to her. "Mistress the hunting party has been deplyoed like you have asked" he said with admiration in his eyes

A magestic and slim wolfress the color of a sunset nodded. Her amber eyes sparkled and held a trace of almost undetectable passion looming beneath their glossy exterior. "Good. We shall now go off to find Captian Moondance. I assume the other warriors and their apprentices are already down by the river staging the hunt...?" she ased aloofly, padding ahead silently towards the Cata's small den.
SwiftWing was standing on a large stone looking out over the whole valley. He sat down and took a deep breath of the air. "...What a beautiful morning..." he sigghed, mist still drifting down in the shaded valley. "FrostWing?" he asked, "The warriors are down by the river ready to hunt. I just thought I should give you a heads-up..." He turned his blueish-white head towards the faint figures of the warriors in the valley and stared at them longingly. He had always wanted to be a warrior, but being submissive and his sister's underling, there was no way in the world he would ever become one.
"Sakarri, give me the Luna flower extract on the stone over there." Reiki said softly, standing over the dieing Alpha and long-time friend, Uchak. There was realy nothing Reiki could do at all to help him become well again, but he could try to ease the pain.

FrostFire kept his eyes away otherwise they would end up revealing his true feelings to her. All he could end up doing is walk along with his thoughts in his own head that was until a thought appeared that no one would ever think of in years. "Mistress...I mean HawkFeather with the Alpha almost dead what about this rebellion I keep hearing amoung various Cata's. What is this nonsense of forcing a new Alpha especially if the true heir has yet to be found" he asked. His head cocking to oneside as both wolves were to meet there superior
