I think that it's horrible that people would do such a thing. I heard a rumor that they did take wolves off the list. As soon as that happened, people just shot wolves for an exuse of It was near my kids or It was near my property! :roll:

It's disappointing.

Most people will not do this for no reason. (Although, there's always the odd psycho who has this thing against wolves) Farmers kill wolves on their territory because the wolves will hunt and kill their cattle.

I Swear to God I will NEVER treat a wolf hunter or someone who kills or abuses animals for fun with respect ever again.Plus ariel hunting is for sissies.The bow is better.I do not mean that I hunt,just that I think the bow deserves more respect than a 12 gauge shotgun. :evil:

While wolves may not be on the protected list anymore, we should still try to help them, to ensure that they are not put back on the list. And we should do it not only for their sake, but for the sake of all the creatures in this world. As apex predators, they are essential to the health of their ecosystems. Without them, an area would become ecologically unstable as there would be little to control the populations of herbivores, and they would have a population explosion. With more herbivores, the vegetation would soon be depleted, and the herbivores would end up running out of resources, and would experience a population crash. Wolves are part of the natural rhythm of things, and if you take one part of this rhythm out, the whole thing collapses in on itself.

I heard wolves are coming back to Ohio.

One of my teachers seen them in their backyard! My other teacher seen 2 on the roadside. They're lone wolves that follow rivers up to here in Ohio.

I care about wolves. Maybe, but not all are bad. It would be devastating if they were extinct.

Yes. There are Mexico Wolves in the Southwest (including mexico) and they are the subspecies of the grey wolf.

I think this is sad. Though they were taken off the list, that doesn't mean it's okay to shoot them again.

"Oh look, wolves aren't endangered anymore! Let's go shoot 'em!"

Uhh... no. They just end up there again.

And I wish I could donate money, but sadly I can't.
