Spanish first. Though, now it is dormant.
I'm able to understand it and translate it if I hear it.
Lock me in a room with a Spanish speaking person (not literally) for an hour and I'll get most of my speaking ability back. Forget reading it, though.
Next is the language I'm typing in (BTW that's English). If you couldn't tell, its my main language.
Two words in German. "Yes" and "No." 'Nein' and 'Ja.'
And a whole lot of Japanese. OK, maybe "a whole lot" is too much, but being a student in a Karate Dojo, you tend to pick it up (mostly the numbers, but there are other phrases). Not to mention that I'm actually trying to learn it on my spare time.

I speak English, but I know a bit of Spainish and a couple words in French.
EDIT: and I can count in Japanese.

all i can speak is 1) Russian 2) Ukrainian (well i am ukrainian but i still suck speaking it  ) 3) American 4) French (tho still learining it in school and im NOT very good at it) That makes it 4 for me
