I come from a place with such a thing (although it's a spam thread) and it works perfectly, although that's more likely because the general demographic of the place is a fair bit older than here.

It wouldn't work here though, unfortunately, but used right it's a lot of fun.

Exactly ! You should be proud not to let too much SMS slide because quite frankly...It really effects a person's writing skills...

Like every time someone posts on the forum (correctly) they're practicing their writing skills ! (Which is a good thing !;])


Anyway...I don't think a spam section would be wise...We want it to disappear because it's a waste of space. So, why encourage it somewhere else? It would simply take up space for no good reason.

Correct! It wil just use up space on the database!

And not to mention if members are in a war in the "Spam Section" they'll probably bring that to other sections of the site.

Agreed. It would be just to much of a problem. The mods would be on their toes all day and night.

Not just that, if steet did this all the forum moderators would probably just leave due too major overwork, but i'm sure they wouldn't anyway, I don't think steet is evan consdering this topic

Infact! Too me, evan if we do remove the ranks, they will still be spam, the'll spam too get the post count up, now evan if we remove that, the'll just spam for the sake of it, a spam forum too me now is completely useless, if steet ever decides too create one, R.I.P Animation Source.

This user called "Renzo1" just spammed for the sake of it (Yes I did name and shame because, I know him for real), but still bad idea, and thank, um, the steet for not evan considering this suggestion.
