Well the human body has evolved to subsist on meat and veg, not one or the other. Our bodies need the proteins etc. found in meat and taking pills etc. although it does work, is WAY more 'unnatural' than eating meat.

Not to mention eating birds IS meat and fish in a sense is too although not quite the same.

You also mentioned meat having unhealthy chemicals etc. in it...err...so do veg. ;] Technically ALL food these days does unless you grow/rear it yourself and can make 100% sure none get into it which would be near-impossible.

Agree .. (i don't know how to quote the things but ye i'll answer as much as i can) .. both JC and UK are totally right on this like.. there's a reason why they CHECK the meat before they sell it and again why they don't put the animal down because the chemicals in the youthenizing (not sure how to write it) drug.. can disrupt the meat "apparently" is what i heard..

and in my science classes back in high school.. scientists today and for a while now.. think thats what our appendix was used for.. digesting raw meat cuz millions of years ago we didn't cook our meat.. we just .. cut the animal open and ate it we weren't all that smart yet.. well is what they think it was used for..
