Yeah, this would make a pretty fun game, translating these messages accurately and within some sort of time limit would be fun and challenging.

I've seen it many times and have always read it fluently, lol. But I don't believe that only 55 people out of 100 can, because everyone that knows about it that can read normal writing (well, people that I know of) can understand it.
