Half the people there stress about stopping the slaughter (including me) every day. There was even so much commotion, that there was a petition comming in the mail!

Of cource, there is much more you can do fully about horses. I definately reccomend this for horse lovers.

don't care Emily if it was off topic why would you write it in the first place anyways .. anyways Emotionally Disturbed.. thats a good thing but there are already a lot of horses in the world just like dogs.. why not just save a bunch of horses wouldn't it be nicer than breeding them.. cuz then you know you're doing good.. saving a life.. just saying nothing wrong with breeding horses and ponies ..

i wish i could save horses but i'm about to move at some point but my uncle surely knows about this and told some of his racing buddies and breeders.. not sure if they're interested but in Canada i don't think we kill horses here from what i know

I agree with Black-Wolf-Soul. Breeding wont help at all. You're not doing any help for the horses getting slaughtered. :/

That is really sad. I nearly cried. Horses are very beautiful and one of my favorite animals and people should never slaughter them!

Steelefanatic you are right.. but in my opinion to be honest i'm a meat eater myself but no animal should be slaughter in such harsh ways.. i don't know how organic meat works but ye.. What exactly do they do with these horses any who?!.. like do they sell to meat or something?.. (cuz i've only heard about the glue stuff and never heard of horse meat)..

some people actually say that horse slaughter prevents starvation! It's true that there is horse meat, but how can they think that is the only thing to eat in the world?

ye .. i know am not a mod or anything but mods aren't always there to pin point the wrongs or mishaps or misdoings but like ye.. it's nice to know people who can point out things that mods aren't always there to see.. sorry off subject ...

to be honest who knows.. maybe more animals or being treated like this but we don't know yet?.. maybe like foreign countries like Korea eats dogs, cats, rats and i think somewhere in mexico or something they eat iguanas i don't know but it surely is nasty and such but to be honest the Peta people or w.e don't exactly succeed in their doings if you haven't notice.. they scare us so that the places can have no meat sold so lose their business and there's my answer
