Another thing. You don't see Sarafina or Sarabi in TLK 2, which kinda disappoints me because there are many ways the animators could have brought them into the movie. Maybe they could have at least made a Lion King movie that explains what happened in their childhood. Still, if they had gotten more than enough attention, that could cause a few little problems.

Sarafina could've had a main role (ie; stands up to Scar, or something)

I guess its a bit of a off-topic, but its just Sarafina. Its pretty normal name, actually.

They probaby could have given her more screentime,but they have a whole lot of other characters to detail more like Timon and Pumbaa, if they would have showed her and Nala fighting hyenas together,maybe,just maybe... I don't know, she would have had more time to shine, so to speak.

I have always been very fascinated by her.. She`s an enigma. The only thing we know about her is her name, and that he is Nala`s mother. She was voiced by Zoe Leader.

I read on a TLK forum (can`t remember which one) some years ago that the Bath Scene was originally going to be much longer, with several more lines for Sarafina:

"Nala, you just had a bath!"

"Try to stay clean for once!"

"And come back before sunset!"

Yeah, not very interesting lines, lol. The Bath Scene was made shorter to avoid slowing the movie down, and this meant cutting Sarafinas pretty useless lines...

I still love her, and I would love to know more about her. I think it would be interesting to see how Sarafina reacted when Zazu brought Nala home from the Elephant Graveyard, f.ex.
