I will say that there are MANY people here with whom I've had courteous and friendly interaction at varying levels...though they are often little more than acquaintances. And there are others who, perhaps because of their young age (and tendency to be very fickle...friends one day, indifferent or even hostile the next), or the some of the older ones who tend to demonstrate similar fickle tendencies, or else irrational political motivations (and I don't mean in terms of government...but rather interactions online with others). Any of those who don't fall into the "good friends" category would probably be hurt or offended by not being included in such a list. So this exercise is not without its risks.
Still, I will list those whom I feel are GOOD friends...the ones I know I can count on in a pinch...the ones who've never left me wondering about their motivations , their friendship with me, or been dishonest with me (as far as I know). And then, after that, I will list those whom I do feel are noteworthy friends...people who may have even been hostile to me in the past, but have since really become good company.
