um... sorry to ask but when are we starting

oh well I thought that since my character was from the fanfic that I didn't need to.

It's been a while since the first rp, and I think the original roleplayer of Max was !Balto! With that said, you'll still need to use the bio to re-invent Max, that way we'll no a little more about him since you're taking over the role.

Can I join with one of the unnamed pups?

Friends/Family: father Balto, mother Jenna, he's part of the first litter.
Crush/Interest: Scarlet (I'm not doing her)
Personality (need to have at least 3 sentences): Very adventurous, he lives in the wild but loves to come into Nome. He's mischevous, and really can get into trouble, like that one time...that I won't mention. And he loves to play-fight, I mean really! He's slightly hostile, but more playful hostility then mean.

I suppose it's fine if you play that character, but i need to see an RP post from you to see how you write. Also, so we can get this RP moving, i would prefer that the main characters get full first before other characters are chosen.

By main characters, i mean anyone from Kodi's family, preferably Balto and Jenna first. Aleu's fine, but you'd have to be creative on just how she found out about Kodi's death.
The dog's from the mail team cannot be left out. They were obvious tight friends with Kodi, so his death deffinatly had an impact on them.

Honestly, just think of any character who would have been affected by Kodi's death then choose who you want to play.
The whole reason for the bio form at the top of the first page is for you to fill out if you don't want to play any of the characters left.

I want to fill up the main characters first so that we can go ahead and get started as soon as possible. We'll have time for more characters to join as the RP progresses.


As for you Colton, you do need to fill it out since Max was just an extra character and isn't really that well known. Also, we need you to submit a RP post so we can see how you write.

Crush/Interest: He was first found comforting Dusty but then becomes closer to her
Personality (need to have at least 3 sentences): Max is lot like the ghost of Kodi and everyday he has been working himself over to be just like him, the leader of the sled team. He is a very nice dog and good at being who he is but ever since Kodi's death he also becomes very distance and distracted from everyone else sometimes even angry when other dogs flirt with Dusty.

The death of Kodi had probably taken the hardest toll on Max as he walked the quiet, moonlit streets of Nome turning the corner into the sledders' barn. He and Kodi were best friends and brothers, heck they even share the same home with each other now all of that started to become a distant memory and he howled a lonely one feeling out of place and isolated from everyone else. Max layed in Kodi's old bed filled with hay and covered by a blanket that was tattered with the mountains and a sunset all over it. Kodi I hope whereever you are you're safe and running your heart out he thought to himself and dug up his harness. It fitted him though mostly it had to be tightened, Kodi was always bulkier than him and the loose fit showed.

um... sorry to ask but how's that

Well, he's a bit tall...(refer to my post in Our Life [advanced] [PG suggested]) But other than that, the char looks ok.

Well, if no one else wants to Join, then i guess we should just get started. If any of the characters that havn't been taken yet come up, me or aniu or anyone who wants the part can take over him until someone wants to join as him.

For now, i'll play Balto as well as Leah. I'll probably keep these two roles since Leah won't come in for awhile.

Could I maybe take over the role of Dingo?

Fur color: Red, a bit darker that Jenna’s, and cream underneath. His ears are brown.
Eye color: Brown
Height (approx): Around the same as Kodi
Weight (approx): Around the same as Kodi
Scars, Markings, Extras and/or Accessories: His markings are pretty similar to Jenna’s.
Friends/Family: Balto, Jenna, Kodi, Aleu, Saba, unnamed pups, Boris etc
Crush/Interest: So far none
Personality (need to have at least 3 sentences): Dingo is often thought of as stuck-up but he’s more aloof and likes to keep himself to himself. He isn’t shy, but he’s a creature of few words and doesn’t talk much. When he does speak, he tends to tell people what he thinks of them, good or not, making him not very popular. He is a good leader and is very clever.

Dingo was jealous of Kodi being a sled dog because he always wanted to be one. When he dies, he feels guilty and speaks even less than usual. Although it wasn’t anything to do with him, he feels he is to blame for it. He is hurt inside and refuses to speak to anyone, bottling up his emotions.

An example of how I roleplay:

Dingo watched the sun slowly set behind the trees. This was his favourite time of day, when the sky turned shades of orange and pink. He remembered watching the sun set when he was a pup, he always done it every day with his brother Kodi and sister Saba. He felt hurt and numb at the same time thinking back to the good times. A lump formed at the back of his throat. His brother was dead, his sister exiled, what was he to do now? As the last warm rays of sun vanished, he got up and padded away.

Wow, you're in. And for a first time RP'er, that was really good. Though, generally, you wanna make your posts at least a paragraph long. So, the length of that post was good enough. But it's encouraged to include as much detail as possible.
