If Steele says sorry, I think he means it. because his pride, the only reason he's the villian, must have been broken to say that word.

i think so because balto's just sooooo nice  but i think steele is to big headed to ever apoligise.......grrr

Balto is a very nice dog remember the scene where Balto said let me help you.....to steele when Balto found Steele's teamates. He also is a hero for saving nome's children. If you ask me, Balto will accept Steele's apology...unless steele was faking it..that'll make a great topic for them for Balto4
