Shebawolf1 wrote: no offence anyone but........I only intended this to be a fun topic,a bit of a joke, i was not being serious! Well, not to create a flame here, but these boards are already full to the brim with topics which really don't do anything productive to actually promote discussion about the movies or its characters. How is creating a tongue-in-cheek, joke topic either productive or not a complete waste of bandwidth? I mean I won't lock it sorry I was tired DX any way it's because 1. I don't know how to 2. I'm not a mod

It's only a bit of fun, there are some annoyingly pointless topics on these boards but just ignore them (Like I do), I personally found this funny on the basis that I don't like Dispy The Wooly Mammoth, simple as that for me. I understand where your coming from Jersey but there are plenty of great topics to chat on and remember a lot of people on this site are young (I wont say childish ) so these topics are inevitable but this is just a laugh, no harm done, brought a smile to mine and a few others face's and if you don't like then you can leave (Again like I do on some topics )

Well put Squival, and I agree with everything you said (except that I like Dipsy XD). Besides it's getting difficult to find things to discuss about the movies without making a topic similar to one already posted.

I realize this was posted just for fun, but really, what was you reasoning for posting this? This sort of question would do much better in the chatbox, not here.

I posted it because: it is a fun ,a bit of a joke, to make people laugh and see the similarities. As for the chat box thing I am hopeless at chat box, I am too slow and cant keep up so I get frustrated. Is a topic useless when it makes people laugh, and smile? All I wanted to do was to make people laugh, ans smile at the similarities, but people have to spoil it .

If you make a post, you should be prepared for this kind of thing. You can't just assume that every response you're going to get is " ". The reason I think several people (including myself) reacted more like " " is because there are too many other topics like this one, in the boards, in which the authors are quite serious...not trying to apparently make a light-hearted joke (as you later claimed, which you made no attempt to do initially). JerseyCaptain, you right, I should have been prepared for "this kind of thing". I over-reacted and my "but people have to spoil it" reaction was stupid, selfish and inconsiderate. The truth is i overreacted because things aren't going too well for me a the moment, and I have been stressed and upset. but that was no reason to react the way I did I'm sorry . The reason I did not state that it was a light heated/joke post in the first place was because I thought it was obvious an I didn't wan to insult people by making them think that I thought they are stupid. I don't wan to annoy or upset anyone but sometimes i just overdo things, once again sorry. I have learnt my lesson and won't react like this again, forgive and forget, friends? Sheba
