why would you make aa new character?
to make the movie more interesting 36%  36%  [ 14 ]
to give a new evil eye 10%  10%  [ 4 ]
to give the heroes a helping hand 5%  5%  [ 2 ]
to give someone a friend in the movie 21%  21%  [ 8 ]
to add more action 18%  18%  [ 7 ]
because you feel like it 10%  10%  [ 4 ]

I'd add a new character,and have Balto 4 be about Kodi introducing Aleu to Dusty.^^

I don't know if anyone would go along with me on this, but I would really like if they decided to make Balto 4 about Balto's father, about who he really was and how he came to meet the white wolf with whom he'd have Balto in the future, and how did they manage to fall in love for each other. I think this storyline has plenty of potential, and we'd have... well, loads of new characters, since most of the ones we know wouldn't have been born yet in such timeline.

Yes it would. But no one said it couldn't be a prequel, they just said what characters would you add if they were to make a Balto 4. And if that were to be true, I would really love if they made it a prequel.

I would put a new character in Balto 4 so there would be another villain in the movie so it could be interesting. 8)

I've always wanted a few new wolf characters for Balto and the others to meet. They could be allies for Balto, and help serve as a connection to his wolf side.
