It is a superb animated film. Not only is it the last really good movie that Disney Animation came out with, it was the best.

Nathan Lane, Ernie Sabella, Julie Kavner and Jerry Stiller really showed their special, God-given talents for voicing the lovable characters in this film. Each actor brought such heart to their character. They make a great and funny team! I love it!

I just wish the movie had a lot of merchandise!

I totally agree with you. That movie was fantastic! It has to be my favorite film of all time. The animation was gorgeous, and, as you said, they're were some really talented actors and actresses in it. I'm glad that someone else loves this film as much as I do!

If the Lion King 3 was about Kovu and Kiara's cubs, it would almost be the same thing as earlier. At least TLK3 was original and different. But you're right, it wasn't the best movie and it was kinda boring. It did explain a lot though.

I enjoyed Lion King 3, for the reason that it offered another vision of the original film, and was truly funny.
The aim was clearly not the same as the first sequel, which was more "conventional". I really don't think it was a mistake. Making another film like the second would have been one. (unless they could have really find original ideas...)

I thought that it was pretty funny as well.

Oh, and to all you fans angry about it: They Can Always Make Another Lion King!!

This movie was long over-due and was needed to complete the story.

Plus, this one was definitly not for kids or grown-ups; it was made for teens. It's not for kids because there were lots of complex words and jokes and most grown-up probably wouldn't see it so the only target market left would be teens/tweens.

Nobody should say anything bad about this movie ever!!

Did Disney really need more money?

Hell yes.

So was TLK 3 a mistake?

ONLY BECAUSE IT DIDN'T MAKE LOTSO MONEY.

Jerks.

It was a very light-hearted, fun movie, that doesn't necessarily have to be thought of as completely canon. Highly original, and I laughed a lot.

Besides that, going back and doing more with the first movie was probably a better idea than making yet another movie about the next generation of cubs (Kiara and Kovu's cubs) as it would be very repetitive. And besides that, they kinda ran out of villains after the second film! Unless they randomly introduced some completely new villains that had nothing to do with Scar and the outlanders, which would have been weird.

It would be cool if they did come up with an original idea for a sequel following on from Simba's Pride, but I think it'd have to be pretty original though.

... admittedly, as a Timon fan I was also glad that they made a movie that focused on him. :D

I thought it was a mistake to make the Lion King 1/2, it seemed pointless to me.

I agree, TLK 1 1/2 was a waste of a Lion King chapter. Besides, they made several mistakes that a die hard Lion King will notice, I saw A LOT of mistakes.

They should've used Kopa, Simba's son and find room for Kovu and Kiara's cubs.

TLK3 was thoroughly enjoyable from my POV,even though Mufasa, and Zazu had minor roles in it,and Sarabi, and Sarafina had cameo appearances.
