I was in a band for a little while. They were looking for a lead guitarist so they turned to me. They wanted to play grindcore. I've never really heard any of their songs before. We only met up once. I want to play in a band very soon though. I play guitar and I like to sing. I've written some lyrics too.

Cool. If you want you can post some of your stuff here, like lyrics or videos, etc. I sing and I'm learning how to play the guitar.

Blackfire--I really wish I could. But I'm too afraid somone might steal my songs. I might do a little video of me singing a band's song, so I can let you know what my voice sounds like.

Yeah, same here...my band and I have a pretty cool name, so we don't give it out 'cause last time we told someone about our name, they tried to steal it. So yep, better safe then sorry I guess. And cool, a video would be awesome, but if it's something you want to add. By the way, I found that old video of you play guitar in the music section, so if you want you can move that here if you wish.
