Did simba change..

Simba became strict because of what happened to Kopa.

(I wrote a series of fanfics about it). So he's just cahnged os he can protect his family so it won't hapen again. I prefered the old Simba much more, now he just fits the average parent mould.

Sorry to say but yes, Simba did change, and changed to much for me! I wish he would have just let Kiara have her freedom! Thats all Kiara wanted! And Simba's like 'Oh no you have to stay on this path blah blah blah' The same thing happened with Ariel. She wouldn't let her daughter go in the ocean.

Back to topic, yes Simba did change, but I'm just glad he shaped up in the end! :roll:

Yes he did change... but for a guy who lived a carefree life and all of a sudden became a king, its hard to be a dad in addition to that. Simba loved Kiara so he did everything he could to protect her,and she was the future queen. so he had to protect her.
